The rooms are small and a few things need attention. Our room had a noisy fridge and some other noise on and off from the air con unit, so a bit of general maintenance would be good.

It as comfortable and I n a good location for the price. Clean sheet and towels. Comfortable beds. Cheap Ubers into old town or walking was fine or the city train line was just down the road.

Nice room even though small. It's ok when booked just to spend the night. in a very quiet area, 5 minutes away from a decent size shop and bus stop (buses are not frequent at all but that's true everywhere in the city) Very helpful and responsive prior to and during our stay. Kettle + fridge.

The room had 2 coffee makers, and none of them was usable because of mouldy odour.

The place got a very good location. Ljubljana is easy to manage by foot, and the accommodation is less than half an hour from the city centre. The place is generally clean and has free parking.

We somehow missed a table and a couple of foldable chairs in the room. Wi-Fi is quite idle. Rooms on the ground floor are problematic in terms of insects, i.e., ants. I know from my experience that such colonies in houses do appear in summers, in hot and dry years. It is however a problem that gets resolved easily by pest control professionals and is not a big deal actually - wasps, hornets, cockroaches, scolooendras, scorpions etc. are far more concerning in the European South. Given these drawbacks, the house gets an overall 8 out of 10, instead of a 9. Nevertheless, we would visit it again - we liked it.

Conveniently located. Very nice neighborhood, everything needed nearby. The guesthouse itself is very good, too.

There wasn't hot water for about day and a half. The air condition was leaking and had some issues, but still working at a time we spent there. There wasn't anyone on the reception that we could call and complain.

Environment was really peaceful, the room was small but had everything that need for 3 nights of staying. Room was clean and comfort. It is cheap accomodation regarding the others in Ljubljana.

Wifi was not working.

The room was very nice and clean. The place was easy to find and had a private parking space. Overall, our experience was very good, it's just that we struggled with Wifi. The Wifi was not working, and we traveled for work, so it was a bit of a problem for us. We informed the host, and he replied quickly and said he would get it fixed, but it took some time. The location is in the residential area, but there are restaurants at 5-6min walk. However, the city centre is a 30-minute walk away. So if someone is coming for touristic reasons only and a short stay, then the location might not be ideal for them.

No response whatsoever from the property when making further inquiries. There doesn’t seem to be a remote control for the AC in the room, and therefore, we were not able to use it when we wanted to.

Several little things to adjust in the room (broken mug, broken door handle, broken kettle), solved after calling the owner/manager. Too hot in the room, no way to adjust temperature (only by opening the window). No chair, heating not working in the bathroom

The fridge is too loud, Smaller pillows Could've get vacuum cleaner so i could clean the floor I was also asked to sort the strash (plastic, paper, glass etc..) but only got one bin to trow the trash in
