Even if I booked double room with twin beds, there was blanket only for one bed. There was no goilet paper in the bathroom. We arrived late at night and we had to wait until next day to get some from another room. The blanket was promised but never brought.

Initially I booked a single room which was not only very small, about half of a balcony, but the shape and furniture arrangement was not attractive at all. Half of the bed was hidden after a wall. The walls of the single room are damaged and in the bathroom the ceiling is peeling and pieces of paint fall on the floor. No appropriate closet for clothes in single room. I appreciated that the host finally agreed to change my room (for additional costs of course), with a double one, which was ok except the shower. After 5 minutes in the shower I noticed that some water flowed into the room. My recommendation for future clients would be to avoid single room and to be careful with the shower. For the host, I would suggest to have a general check of each room and to fix the identified problems, Also the pictures on booking.com should be updated, they were probably taken at the opening. I also did not liked the fact that the host was rude when I complained about the single room, telling me that he shouldn't even have opened the door for me because I didn't announced the time of arrival, although not only I did announce but I also had a confirmation of acceptance.

The building is located in a nice area of the city, with grocery, restaurants and buss station nearby. The double room was fine, bed was comfortable. There is a very good internet connection at the location.

There was an issue when my son took the shower and bathroom flooded . However that got resolved but all the dirt was left in the toilet when we returned later to our room. I was very disappointed and stressed with this experience

The rooms #1 and #2 are facing the street, and it is ground level, so it can get a bit noisy. It is very difficult to sleep with the windows open, so one needs to rely on the AC, even when it is not that hot. It gets worse when some other guest goes out to smoke in front of the room. The doors are also not well isolated, so every time anyone opens a door in the apartment, the room's door shakes and makes a rattling noise.

Located in a convenient place in Izola, close to the beach, a supermarket, a bakery and the city center. A big paid parking place is very close. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare breakfast.

The location is noisy area, where you get disturbed by people throwing rubish in glass bin outside in the middle of night. The appartment is located in ground floor without view outside the windows. The property itself was not clean, rather dusty and worn out. Owner supposed to show up to pick up payment, did not aplology or arange alternative time for paper work, even if I did effort to meet him, instead started to chase me over booking with an invoice after the stay. Very non standard practice what I have not experienced with booking platform ever before. As per the condition the exchange shoud happen at the property. Overall the comminication with owner was very poor. Its obvious he does not care about guests comfort or cleanness. Next used room was left open, dirty, bloody stains on mattrace, with running ventilator and lights on for 3 days, nobody is coming to clen up regularly, or make sure the shared kitchen and hallway is maintained. The appartment was missing basic equipment like hairdryer and kettle, rack…. Kitchen unable to be used to prepare breakfast as left sticky and dirty. Pictures online are obsolete. This stay felt like a bad joke not being in a holiday destination to be honest. Not recommended.

Just One Little thing: i think that the shower in our room, needs a little stair that separates its floor to the rest of the bathroom floor; we've risked to flood the room

I had to go through the bar to go into the apartment. Parking is free in whole lovran and there is no parking place specifically for you near the apartment. I had to carry my things from car to apartment for 500m.

The sea is really near, but you must like the type of beaches that Lovran has.

The shower, it floods a bit too fast but still okay, and needed the place to dry swimming stuff.

The location an the bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was cute!
