Great breakfast, brilliant location, and easy free parking outside. On the expensive side of our hotel stays and pillows not super comfy, but otherwise it was a really great option

Absolutely stunning location, beautiful and cosy room (very romantic). Mountain view was lovely. The breakfast was so varied and delicious, with a beautifully light room to eat in with gorgeous views. The staff were incredibly accommodating and eager to help and give advice/answer questions about things to do/buses etc. Couldn’t recommend a stay here more. Lake Bohinj is a 5 minute walk, with several restaurants close by too.

In keeping with the rest of the village, everything closes after 10pm, so there are no evening social facilities as such, but that's the nature of Bohinj and the hotel does provide an honesty bar

A short walk from beautiful Lake Bohinj, this is a lovely hotel with extremely helpful and friendly owners who provide all the information you could possibly need about the area and facilities. Our room was large and comfy with a great mountain view. Breakfast was very good

Not a single complaint about this place other than the fact we wish we could've stayed longer!

This place was the best, most convenient way to enjoy Bohinj. It's central location means it's walking distance from the lake and all the best shops & restaurants, without the hefty price tag of it's neighboring resorts. Our room was huge, spacious bathroom with a nice sized tub and a gorgeous balcony that looked out at picturesque field of lush grass and the hills. The staff were incredibly accommodating & the breakfast buffet was probably one of the BEST we had throughout our entire trip in Europe! This place was prepared beyond belief with recommendations for any type of traveler - from fun outdoor adventures to relaxing spas, this staff was ready to offer their honest, genuine recommendation since they were all sooo knowledgable about the area. The ~$15 Hot Sauna experience is WELL worth it! They take you down to a huge room with a shower, large sauna, fresh water and you get your own private space to relax & unwind - it felt like a mini day spa and my boyfriend and I absolutely loved it!

The bathroom consistently had an unpleasant smell, even after cleaning by room service. I’m not sure if it was due to the cleaning products used or something else, but unfortunately the odor gave the impression that the space wasn’t as fresh as it could be

The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to assist with every request. The location is excellent—few mins walk to lake Bohinj.

Pillows were quite hard for us so a choice of a softer one would be good.

Fantastic location (and free to park) so we could leave the car and walk. Friendly, helpful staff, clean, the freshest eggs to order, very good choice at breakfast including cute puddings! Owner helped with dinner recommendations and areas to visit according to weather. Gorgeous terrace with mountain views to sit in. Huge room! Reasonably priced honesty bar. If I was returning to Bohinj, I’d stay here again.

We love everything about our stay at the hotel. Check-in was fast and smooth, the breakfast was great with many choices, free parking at the property is a plus. Location of the hotel was perfect, a few minutes walk, there are eating places, non-motorised water equipment rental and of course Lake Bohinj itself. It's truly a very relaxing and great place to be.

The hotel was practical and had everything we needed but wasn't the most modern.

Great to have a free breakfast included and with lots of different options to pick from. We had a mini fridge in the room which was great to keep drinks cool when it was hot. Even the hairdryer was a proper hairdryer that actually gets your hair dry rather than a typical hotel one that doesn't work!

We loved everything

It is impossible not to love this hotel. The large room is furnished with rustic simplicity, but that is the secret of its charm. It is equipped in a way that allows for a pleasant and enjoyable stay. The balcony is large. Parking is always available. The breakfast is excellent, unusually rich and varied for a 3-star hotel. The hotel is clean, shiny and pleasant. The staff, a charming family, will do everything to make your stay pleasant. We enjoyed it very much and I highly recommend it. It is not superfluous to mention the hotel's proximity to the town center and Lake Bohinj.
