Fantastic location, great access to everything. Apartment was clean and good layout. Shower was heaven!! Kitchen utensils were pretty good. Lots of plates, bowls and glassware which was really handy. Communication clear and simple. Parking was clearly communicated and we followed that… but do factor in about €30 per day!

You need to know that parking, entrance to the city by car and also the staff ať the entrance to the city Is one big pain. You need a lot of good food, good drinks and good music to forget it.

It is in the heart of Piran, the locstion cannot be better. Terrace was great.

The best was early mornings on the roof top terrace with my tea watching the town and harbor awaken while enjoying the views across the Adriatic. The location is great, the kitchen well-stocked and very modern and the apartment quite comfortable. Most of all, the staff was wonderfully responsive and helpful - even carried my suitcase up when I arrived!

Beautiful modern room, with beds for up to 5. Comfortable and clean. Exclusive access to terrace on the roof overlooking the harbor. If you want to sit and look at the sea or if you want to wander the city, this is the place.

Maybe two details. Steep stairs could be problem for someone. It would be great to upgrade TV to the one with internet connection so Netflix would work ;)

Great location just beside the Piran port - fantastic window view. Very comftable apartment for family stay, enough space for everything. Big dinning table. Nice and helpfull staff. If we visit Piran again we will definitely stay here.

Beautifully immaculate apartment in an ideal location for exploring Piran. The views right on the harbour were stunning from the kitchen/lounge area and the bedroom. Well-thought out amenities and Jose was a brilliant host and answered any queries before our trip and was so welcoming. We had everything we needed and had an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Highly recommend this apartment. We were thinking of having the one with the roof terrace but it was hot when we stayed so I don’t think we would have made full use of it. The air conditioning was great too during the hot weather and there was one unit by the bedrooms and another in the lounge/kitchen area so worked well and kept us all cool. We didn’t realise there were shutters too in the bedrooms until our second night which along with the curtains worked well in stopping the sunlight come in as I tend to sleep light.

It was the most amazing stay for all times (7 years) we visited Piran. Incredible sea view, modern and well furnished apartment, the best staff we ever met. I would like to admit the work of the guy, my fault that I didn't ask how to write correctly his name, it sounds like Joshie and he is from reception of Patchamama. He made our stay more comfortable, was very friendly and helpful, so thank you so much for such a workers and representative of the host. Hope and dream to visit this apartment one more time at least!!!

The smell. Lack of cleaning products e.g kitchen cloths, cleaning spray, kitchen roll.

There was quite a specific scent of cleaning product at the appartment, at the day of arrival. Later on it got vanished...

The host came up to meet us, at the moment we were trying to find our way into town - which has quite specific rules for car entrance. He was very kind, correct and very helpful to us!

A few problems with the electricity cutting out that were attended too rapidly. No air con in bedrooms. A washing machine would be nice.

It's in the old town of Piran, just a few minutes' walk to every sight, with wonderful view to the port. The apartment was clean, the kitchen is well equipped, the beds were comfortable. Portoroz central beach is about a nice and easy 40 mins walk, with a lane along the seaside. Parking is about 10 mins walk, 29 EUR/day, but you can drive in the old town free of charge for 15 mins for the luggage.

Excellent in every aspect. Generous space with tasty decorations, clean and cozy. Beautiful terrace overlooking the port. Our host was super nice and helpful. You can not do much better in Piran!
