The room would really benefit from firmer or more pillows, but it’s great that there are two separate duvets on the double!

We were warmly welcomed to our stay here. Given lots of ideas of where to go and what to do in the area. It was walking distance to the lake and the shops. There is room to park your car. She even gave us a little fridge to keep drinks and snacks in our room.

We had a lovely stay near Lake Bled, just a 15-minute walk from the lake. The hospitality was beyond our expectations. Our incredibly kind host welcomed us with fresh, organic cucumbers from the garden and gave us a thoughtful fridge magnet as a parting gift. The location is perfect for exploring the beautiful nearby sights, whether you're into hiking or just relaxing by the lake. A special mention goes to the well-equipped bathroom with high-quality toiletries, and the fact that the accommodation is pet-friendly is a big plus. Highly recommend!

The facility and staff are excellent. Beautiful property located in Bled. Easy 15 minute walk To central bus station. Beautiful garden area and covered trellises are is a peaceful place to sit in the evening. The owner provided me with a mini fridge, which made my stay amazing to keep cod drinks and snacks on hand. The Mercator and Spar grocery stores are located 2 blocks away.

There was nothing I would change except the door locks on the bedroom and the w/c were a bit hard to do, i found it tricky to turn the key correctly. However I think that is a user issue and probably my own fault for being impatient.

The location of this accommodation is absolutely fantastic. It is so handy for public transport, supermarkets, restaurants, and walking to Lake Bled. Our host, Vanya, was so friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome and like we were staying with a friend. The bed was comfortable, the balcony is a welcome addition and we did not need air conditioning as we simply kept the shutters down during the day.

No AC and some creaky floors but that’s about it.

An extremely welcome and generous host who gave us local information and offered us drinks. The rooms were clean and tidy with a refrigerator and tv, so we managed to sleep even without ac with cold water from the fridge. There’s a nice outdoor entrance and the lake is a 15 min walk away. and again a really nice host with flowers and chairs on the balcony.

Vanja is an amazing host, very friendly and nice. The apartment was very clean, comfy, and it had everything needed and more. It's also in a very quiet part of Bled, so you can relax and enjoy the song of birds. I would recommend everyone to stay here! And, we hope to be back soon. 🙂

Pension Mimi had a comfortable and homely feel, and a very warm welcome from our host. Our room and bed were spotlessly clean and comfortable. Close to one of the main bus stops for buses to/from Ljubljana and Bohinjc. IThe only downside was that we couldn’t stay longer.

Nothing, I would highly recommend Penzion Mimi.

1. Vanja, the Manager, is very helpful and kind. 2. The hotel is peaceful and quiet. I felt very relaxed here, particularly as a female solo traveller. 3. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. 4. It's in a great location 2 minutes from the Tourist Information Centre and an excellent, large supermarket; 5 mins from a great bakery and a bus stop which I used to get to Vintgar Gorge and a really good restaurant, The Old Cellar. 5. Has beautiful balcony views. 6. As a solo traveller I felt completely safe here. 7. Incredible value for money.

We liked it all.

We found the place to be extremely clean from the day we got there until when we left. The hosts are really friendly and offer you lots of advice about hikes, lakes nearby, rivers, the gorge, and about anything else you’d like to do during your stay. They have a gorgeous kiwi vine growing in the garden and a few spots to sit around in the sun after a long day of hiking. The location is extremely close to lake bled and the center of town, so you can leave your car here and walk down to avoid paying for parking. The area is super quiet and peaceful.

It is a old house and everything cracks, the floors etc. It is all a bit older. Also I found some spiders and insects in the room
