Self chack-in process.

We only stayed a short time at Pension Kovač. Check-in was a bit tricky, as the self-service machine didn’t work with all ID cards, but eventually everything was fine. Our room was in the basement, not the best location, but exactly as described so we knew what to expect. Breakfast, however, was excellent — tasty and varied, a very nice way to start the day.

It was fine, but checking in is a little tricky as it is a self checkin with no staff where you scan your passport and then get a code to open the hotel and your room doors. Nice breakfast.

Lovely hotel in Radovljica, a town close to Lake Bled. It is the perfect location to stay when you don't want to stay in Bled. There is a lovely old town nearby with wonderful restaurants.

There was no bathroom in our room, it was in the corridor.

Easy check-in and good parking space with charging stations. Nice 10 minute walk to the centre. Peaceful surroundings. Breakfast was great and service very friendly. The room was clean and spacious.

I had a comfortable stay. Room is spacious and shower is big as well. Breakfast was good and quite rich for its price. Automatic machine for a checkout is very convenient

Our room looked nothing like in the pictures (no balcony, no bath, no mountain view (if you don't call neighboring houses and their gardens as "mountain view"). Although we were two, our room was full of beds and additional towels (as we were expected to be four). Sound isolation isn't the best.

Small hotel with a great self check-in system. Free private parking. For the size of the hotel, surprisingly amazing breakfasts and lovely lady cooking and serving them there. The hotel was kind enough to let us check-in earlier. For this and breakfasts - additional two stars.

Everything was great but there are small insects in the showering room at night.

The fear of something failing during the automatic check in. Parking space was full and I don’t think the place was fully booked. No other place to park near the hotel (downtown parking)

Apartment is really badly insulated, we could hear other guests talking very clearly in their apartments and on the hallways. Made for a bad night sleep. Also the location is outside of the town centre, so not convenient for those coming by train. Checkin terminal felt unpersonal.

You can hear everything from the other rooms & corridors. There isn't anything there for children to keep them occupied. No play areas.

The self check in seemed a convenient idea. The room was spacious & had everything needed for a comfortable stay. It is a short walk from the center. A nice private & closed in court yard with tables & chairs under cover.

Easy to find. Good and quiet place. 10 min. walk from historical center 30 min car ride to Bled, Automatic check-in terminal. Clean rooms.

The only thing I would change is the hairdryer. It is quite old and got hot very fast. As a girl with a longer hair, it wasn't very comfortable to dry it with it. But other than this, everything was very nice, worth the price.

Breakfast room is at level -1 and very small. So if the hotel is full,there is not enough space for all guests. Hotel should find some alternative space at the garden area for breakfast Why you should make your breakfast in a small ,underground level room.

This hotel has an excellent location,very silent in a very clean village. About 500 m far from the old town. We stayed in the second floor. Room had a large balcony with a very nice view of the lanscape. Room and hotel was very clean. Please be carefull to receive the confirmation code in advance so that you can make the reservation at hotel door. Otherwise you need to call the hotel owner. There is no reception desk. You make the checkin and payment at the machine before entering to the hotel. Breakfast was good and enough selection. Hotel owner is very helpfull and take care of all guests.

We had a very nice large room with balcony. Breakfast was excellent. the Pension is some way away from Bled itself but is within walking distance of the wonderful old town of Radovljica.
