Rooms are rather small and simple (no TV - not that we needed, but just to mention). Check-out is before 10AM and due to rather poor sound-proofing, it means a lot of door-banging before 10 - might be a problem, if you are a light (and late) sleeper. Mind the church (right beside) bells on Sundays at 8AM.

Great location between Strunjan and Moon Bay, reception was kind enough to wait for us as we arrived rather late. Breakfast was ok, nothing too fancy, but something for everyone. Quiet and nice atmosphere, beautiful surrounding nature.

We originally booked for 9 nights and ended up staying for 12! The hotel sits atop a small, green hill in a peaceful, non-touristy area. It’s quiet, surrounded by nature, yet full of authentic local life! Just steps away, you’ll see the church holding evening services almost every night at 20:00 and the nearby football/basketball field where kids, teens, and parents gather almost every night for a game! If you’re feeling active, bring a basketball or football! The staff were amazing - warm, accommodating, and always ready to help. We extended our stay twice, needed an early checkout before reception opened, asked for fresh towels, and every request was met with flexibility and kindness. A special thanks to Polona, who helped make our stay perfect <3 A point that really matters to us: we slept really well here. It's very quiet, and the beds and pillow are really comfortable. Oh and did I mention the luxury of choosing between two (!!) sunset spots - both just a 5-minute walk away. Head downhill to the beach for a drink while the sun sets over the sea, or uphill to the White Cross for breathtaking views on the other side. Not many places can offer two sunset viewpoints within walking distance! We left already thinking about our next visit - we will definitely be back!

Beds are a little small and strange to have the wheels on them… they were moving all the time, but not that it was a huge inconvenience.

Perfect location to visit Strunjan and the coast. The hotel is located right next to Moon Bay and nice walking paths in Strunjan’s Nature Park or direction Piran, so you can take advantage of the free parking of the hotel and explore by foot. The place has lots of charm and is close from the nature. I really enjoyed this quiet bubble while the whole area along the coast can be a quite busy touristic area. The staff was lovely and helpful. Breakfast offered plenty of choice and was really good.

After staying in this hotel I am shocked and feel sorry for the ppl rating this not more than a hostel of facility as exceptional. It’s no way even near being “good”. Exceptional hotels have towels long enough to wrap around your face at the least here the towels which were meant to be bath towels were soo small that I could hardly clean my face(face towels branded as bath) 1. Very uncomfortable beds and pillows - couldn’t sleep whole night.The bed is not double bed (something we specifically requested) it’s two twin bed put together with single mattresses with gap in between the mattresses. 2. You can not change the room temperature! It was fixed at 21 and it was extremely hot (in the middle of European heatwave) during that time and when we went to complain about at the reception the reception staff was blasting their ac at 16 and refused us to change as it’s fixed for the rooms at 21. We couldn’t sleep whole night due to uncomfortable beds and hot weather. 3. Rude and poor customer service, we spoke to the staff and they were even worst, rude and absolutely no regard to customer service. Not even apologetic behaviour.

We had several problems with the room: No refrigerator, very small, e.g. not enough place for wet clothes, no trashbin. Boring breakfast, with middle quality ingredients.
