As you would expect in a capital city traffic is quite noisy around the apartment, however there is an air conditioning unit just outside the bedrooms which means you can close windows on warm evenings and remain comfortable sleeping.

The apartment is in a great location just a couple of minutes walk from Tivoli park with easy access to all the main attractions in the city. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, the beds and linens made for a very good sleep! We were able to park easily and access to the apartment was very easy. The photos show the door to the apartment and seating for guests. The stairs allow access to the first floor where the apartment is accessed. The host offered to welcome us personally but was flexible with our plans. There is a convenience shop below the apartment with essentials and a Lidl 5 min walk away. Hint: As the building is older, the floor tiles are a bit uneven. In front of the stairs it is not so good visible by the carpet. Maybe something to repair, so guests do not twist their foot.

The only thing that needs improvement (but it concerns only those who have difficulty sleeping with the light like me ) is the windows. It has the classic blinds that you find all over the city and a somewhat thicker curtain but the light is still very intense. Maybe a blackout curtain in a dark shade would help a lot. But again it's a matter of personal preference it' s not that big of a deal

We were very happy with our stay. The accommodation was about 1.5 km from the city center, but had a bus stop very close. It was very easy to communicate with the owners and check in was a very easy process. Very important is that the property has its own free parking with many spaces available , which makes it very attractive to someone who travels by car. There was a great attention to detail, with thought and care for the visitor/traveler. Overall, highly recommended

The property was very clean and the host was most welcoming and helpful. The location was a short walk to the old town and close to the train station. There is some traffic noise as it is on a main street - this is simply something to be aware of; it didn’t bother us. Overall, really good value and enough space to comfortably accommodate our family of four.

The room was really spacious and very clean, there was also very good air conditioning which was ideal for the middle of summer. The room also had a kettle, fridge, and safe, and tea and coffee. It was a little out of the centre of town, but only 25/30 minutes, and through the park which was a nice walk anyway

The room was very clean and the beds very comfortable. Rok was very quick to reply to our questions, and we received very good recommendations! The walk to the old town is only a matter of minutes, and with a large grocery shop across the street, we found the location to our fancy.

Shower needed shelf for shampoo etc. and bathroom needed a curtain as the courtyard security light came on too often in the night and disturbed our sleep. Also, it would be nice if the manager was able to provide a friendly and honest taxi driver contact details.

For us it was almost perfect but the road noise made it harder to sleep as we are used to quiet and it wasn’t pleasant to use the balcony because of the busy road.

The apartment was nice and perfectly clean. We had everything we needed like toiletries, towels, fully equiped kitchen etc. We appreciated absolutely fantastic instructions and replies to any od our questions from the owner. There was a park close by, also a big supermarket just a few minutes walk. Me and my friend highly recommend this accomodation.

We were in a room facing the street and we could hear the traffic noises, but it was bearable. Sometimes we could also hear some guests showering in the room next to ours.

The interiors were a mix of antique pieces and modern design. The bed was very comfortable.

The apartment was near a busy road, so the noise of the cars was waking us up in the morning. Everything else was perfect.

The apartment looked bigger in real life compared to the pictures, was very clean and modern and had everything that we needed for a few days (except coffee). The bathroom had shower gel, cottons, handsoap, laundry detergent, a washing machine and an iron. The kitchen was very modern and had a dishwasher. The AC was a nice addition with the heat. The location was perfect, it was very easy and fast to walk to the city center. There's also a bar nearby with nice drinks and a brand new Lidl for groceries. Will definitely stay there again next time I'm in Ljubljana.
