There was nothing that we didn't like.

It was definitely the most beautiful and unique place I have stayed in Slovenia. Every single detail was perfect. You can be sure that the staff takes great care of cleanliness, and the rooms smell pleasantly fresh. We joined for dinner and wine tasting during which we were amazed at how much the owners put their heart and soul into what they do. Each dish was delicious and creative, combining tradition and sophistication. It was an exceptional and unforgettable experience.

An absolutely amazing stay was had at Majerija. The owner greeted us upon arrival and made us feel very welcome with a personalized tour of the property. The rooms were very clean and eco friendly. The dinner was exceptional. All staff on premise very friendly and attentive.

No door to the bathroom - just a curtain you pull across so it was fine for us as a married couple but one to be mindful of for others

Was perfect for the wine tasting we had booked nearby. We also saw the food here has really good reviews but was sadly closed when we went. The room was very clean - had what you needed.

The kitchen/restaurant wasn't open when we were there, although this was communicated well in advance of our stay. Alternative nearby dining options were provided by the staff. I would have preferred a proper door to the toilet, rather than just a curtain. We were unable to manually turn on the extractor fan in the bathroom.

Picturesque, peaceful location to relax and unwind. Top class wine tasting sessions are available within 10 mins walk. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Electric charging was provided at no additional cost. AC helped keep the room cool and comfortable. Cats and alpacas.

It was all lovely

Lovely accommodation and a truly divine 7 course degustation menu. It was a wonderful evening and definitely worth staying here. The staff are wonderful and the underground rooms have huge skylights that let in lots of beautiful natural light.

We stayed for just one night. It was amazing. We chose to eat dinner. It was probably one of the best meals I have had and at a very reasonable price. Then breakfast. Again. Just wonderful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here. It was simply great.

Set in beautiful vine yard setting. Shame the restaurant was shut the one night we were there but the room was just what we needed.

We had a fabulous stay in this beautifully converted home. The owners were helpful and accommodating. The rooms (underground) were comfortable and wonderfully cool. We booked an evening meal which was excellent including incredible wines. The location in amongst vineyards in Skap is lovely. Would not hesitate to recommend a stay here,
