It would be useful to add few bowls and few small cups for espresso in the kitchen. Maybe small rug in bedroom.

Apartment is highly functional with two separated bedrooms, kitchen with all amenities, bathroom with washing machine, smart TV and net. The parking is available in front of the object, which is very convenient in Maribor. The location is strategically good, not in strict center, but very peaceful and still in urban area. You may need 15-20 minutes of light walk to the city centre. Large shopping centres are near the apartment. Bakeries and smaller shops are available nearby. The host is very pleasant and at disposal at any time.

It was a little far from city center. The neighbor decided to do yard work at 7 am and the mowers and blowers were quite loud. This is not on the Host, though. He was amazing.

The flat was lovely. Comfortable bedrooms and large bathroom. The terrace was lovely for morning yoga. The front of the building looks more industrial, so it was a pleasant surprise to find such a quaint and lovely place behind the gate.

We had everything we need, and even more. How often a guest has a full vase of beautiful red apples on the table and some bottles of cold water in the fridge? They had it! Fully equipped kitchen. Everything around so clean and so white, that I guessed it was totally new. It was a real surprise for us to find such a nice place for such a low price.

The most important thing is cleanliness! I don't know how old the house is, but inside everything is like new. We needed this particular area, but we went to the center across the river twice in three days. Twenty minutes at a leisurely pace. There is everything, or almost everything. Toilet paper, kitchen napkins, washing machine capsules, etc. there was even a basket of apples. The kitchen has a variety of pots and pans, utensils... It is very rare to come across such apartments in which it is pleasant to live.

The was very good and very clean. The communication with the host was very quick as we got quick response for all our requests and questions. The size of the rooms was good and in the apartment had everything we need - hairdryer, iron, range of shampoos and shower gel ect.
