Location of the hotel was great. The view from our room was breathtaking and will stay with me forever. Wall to wall and floor to ceiling windows framed the lake and castle to perfection. Staff members were very welcoming and helpful. Very good variety for breakfast. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Amazing view of lake Bled from our room (floor 8) The swimming pool was awesome, also great views on the same floor. We enjoyed a fabulous breakfast with so much choice and it didn’t feel busy at all. I wish we could have stayed longer. Staff were great - at check in the lady gave me so much information on what to do in the area and restaurant choices.

The parking situation is a bit tight although managed by very helpful people. My observation was that the majority of clientele were of an age which didn’t necessarily appreciate young children being present. While it is a family hotel, we had an unpleasant experience with another guest who clearly was of this mindset.

Housekeeping could have been improved. They had flat sheets which didn't quite fit the bed so came untucked at the top easily. On two occasions housekeeping removed used towels from the room and didn't replace them with clean ones so we had to call down to reception to bring them up (luckily we noticed pre-shower!). On one day the room wasn't cleaned, we had a do not disturb sign on the door till 12 so assumed we missed our slot but the next day the room wasn't cleaned until 3pm, and we're not sure why. On our last day, housekeeping tried to come in while we were in the room (at 9am), we didn't have the do not disturb sign on the day as were packing and assumed the cleaners knew which rooms would have checked out. This isn't what I'd expect from a 4 star hotel. The final point was the air conditioning. The room was on the lake so it would have been noisy to sleep with the door open. The room had airconditioning but it was positioned on the floor behind the net and blackout curtain so the air couldn't circulate around the room. This meant it didn't effectively cool the room down unless we left the curtain wide open overnight. This is poor design.

This hotel was in an excellent location, right on the lake. We had a lake view room and balcony with a view that rivalled most of the bars on the lake front! It was the perfect place to explore Lake Bled from. The included breakfast was really tasty and had a huge range of options, eggs, cooked meat, yoghurt, raw meat, fruit and a chef cooking pancakes, fried eggs and waffles throughout. The indoor pool also had an amazing view over the lake. The pool is included in the room price but you have to pay extra to use the sauna. They provide additional towels, robes and a bag to use in the pool area in each room. The staff were helpful and informative. The room was good, it's definitely a 4 star experience over a 5 star. It could have been bigger and the beds were comfortable enough but not amazing (would have loved an extra pillow). The view really made it for us though.

The air conditioning unit is behind heavy curtains, so when you close the drapes there’s hardy any air coming through. Who designed this? There’s no waste basket in the room. A few extra packets of coffee and creamer would be welcome, only 2 are offered.

The hotel has the best location being right at the lake and within walking distance to a range of restaurants and activities.The staff is wonderful, very helpful and accommodating. We had a room with lake view, which was obstructed a bit by the trees! But the room was large and comfortable. Bathroom was nice too. Breakfast was great with so many choices.

Wish there was an "official" side entrance out onto the lake promenade and properly designed stairway connecting to the lobby area instead of the bare emergency one.

The room's view out onto the lake, castle and island was gorgeous. The restaurant/breakfast hall with massive wall-high panoramic window façade is absolutely jaw-dropping. Staff were unreservedly courteous and accommodating. The breakfast buffet complete with a range of warm options and dripping honeycomb is more than generous.

Great location, very nice hotel overall, beautiful pool with breathtaking view, good and diverse breakfast. Room was clean, equiped with everything you may need, the staff was very attentive and nice, even got upgrated for lake view room. We promised to ourselves that we will return.

The dinner at the restaurant was not great value for money, when the dessert or the cheese was gone from the buffet it was not refilled.

Perfect location for a trip to Bled, amazing pool with view over the lake, the staff were super nice and always helpful with tips on what to see in the area. Extensive breakfast buffet with fresh waffles and pancakes.

We ate dinner in the restaurant first evening and it was incredibly ordinary to say the least. Try one in the town or next door where we ate the next night which was fabulous.

Very central to the town and lake. Once the car was in the parking no need to use it. We used the pool and really enjoyed that. The breakfast was good with a lot of choices. Considering the hotel was very busy they did that well. We enjoyed walking around the lake and taking a boat out to the island. We also enjoyed walking to one of the lakeside bars in the evening and enjoying some music

The car park was very busy and tricky to find a space.

Fabulous location right on the edge of the lake with incredible views. The hotel pool was quiet with a lovely outdoor terrace. Breakfast was delicious with so many choices.

Hotel has undergone serious renovation for quite a while. Needs some upgrades

Hotel Park has premium location with indescribable vistas of the lake and castle overlooking it. It’s located in the center of the city, with walking distance to all attractions around the lake. Hotel staff is dedicated to provide their guests with the best experience possible. They surprised us with bottle of champagne to commemorate our wedding anniversary. We were impressed with Maja Š who’s their concierge and Maria from the reception. Both of these ladies poured their heart into providing excellent service to their guests.

It is quite expensive, you pay for the location but I feel like the price of the hotel it isn’t as fancy as it is portrayed in pictures. The pool was also not working, they didn’t tell you until you arrived and only compensation was being able to access the pool from another of their hotels which was just inconvenient.

It was very clean and good location. Staff were lovely and very friendly and helpful with recommendations of things to do and see!

No ramp for stroller/ wheelchair, we had to carry it on the stairs to access any entrance (broken lift for the back entrance) The check in was problematic. The staff was overwhelmed and people waiting in line to check in.
