The bathroom and shower facilities were a bit messy and not well maintained. Our room was on the same floor as the bathroom and shower and we could hear everything, slamming of doors that didn't close properly, water running, flushing, etc.

The staff was friendly and all facilities were fine. A typical hostel.

Place seems a bit run down. There were wires exposed in a hole in the wall and one loose socket that flashed in the kitchen when plugged the kettle in.

The place already aged a bit and might be ready for a do-over at some point, but that shouldn't stop you from staying here ;-) also there was only one power plug in our room, so be prepared to conserve energy or bring a power bank.

Solid hostel, we had two bunk beds in the 6 bed room and had a pleasant night stay. Kitchen has equipment for cooking, showers and toilets do their job.

Dishwasher wasn't working. Also guests didn't maintain the kitchen well unfortunately. An instruction card would have been helpful to maintain it better

The hostel is in a very quite area of Bovec with amazing view of the mountains. We had a 4 bed room only for ourselves which was very nice as the hostel wasn't busy. There were 4 huge lockers where you could fit in your suitcase or backpack. Our room was on the top floor , shared toilet and shower were on the second floor and everything was very clean. The kitchen had all the facilities for cooking, huge fridge, freezers plus they recycle everything so thumb up for that. The owner was very friendly and helpful with all the information around the area. Directed us to the nearest beautiful waterfall and gave us tips on climbing Mangart.

We had a dorm room in the roof which was so warm that it felt you could suffer an heatstroke upon entering it. The bathroom was dirty and some kitchen equipments were out of order.

The location is pretty great. It is close to a lot of hiking trails and the center of Bovec where a lots of activities providers are situated.

In the summer is very hot there. They don't have air conditioning or fans, sometimes was really hot. The bathroom is shared with men and women, because that, wait a little dirty there.

Hostel Bovec is really amazing. Bovec is a little town, everything is near, you can walk for everywhere in a few minutes. This hostel is on a slope, prepare to walk. The staff and owner are exceptional, he speak Portuguese as well. There are a good view, good shared kitchen, the bedrooms are good, good living area. It's possible to work ther because there is a good wifi. I recomend a lot.

Floors in the room were not very clean and showers left room for improvement.

The shower heads aren't fixed to the wall, so you have to awkwardly shower with one hand constantly holding the shower head
