Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Eventually a third member of staff (the manager?) stepped in to help with the congestion but did not offer an apology. It's a bit of a shame that you have to pre-book a slot for the pool facilities and are limited to an hour a day.
A very smart hotel with lovely facilities. Nice pool and sauna. Really excellent breakfast for a buffet - fabulous choice. Very good location in the heart of Ljubljana.

The location was excellent, a short walk from both the train/bus station and the centre of the city. The pool was great and the booking system was a nice touch to make sure that it wasn’t crowded. The breakfast was exceptional with an excellent range of options. The room was had was also huge and we received a free upgrade which made it even better.

The location was perfect and the staff extremely welcoming and helpful. Ali assisted us with check in and was fabulous. The castle view from the room was wonderful. Great to have a fridge and coffee facilities in the room as well. Breakfast was great. A very short stroll into centre of Ljubliana itself. Perfect. Thanks again to Ali who was so kind to us. We were visiting for our 40th wedding anniversary and we received a room upgrade. Happy 11th Anniversary to Ali as well.

We tried the indoors pool and whilst it is not very big it was never crowded, so we really enjoyed. Last but not least, the staff was very friendly, polite and helpful.

Excellent location in the city center, close to everything by foot. Lovely lobby & atmosphere. Very comfortable room size and bedding. Wonderful breakfast buffet with a good selection of quality foods. The staff was very friendly & professional.

The location of the hotel was fantastic - a few minutes walk from the pedestrianised part of the Old Town, with numerous shops and restaurants all within easy reach. We had a suite on the 9th floor, and the view from the terrace was spectacular, with the Castle being a notable highlight. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Peak season Aug 17th -21st Aug 2025 The hospitality of the staff, nothing was too much. I enjoyed the space and balcony in the rooms. The swimming pool/sauna was not overcrowded and superbly managed with a balcony and amazing views of the castle. I absolutely loved the breakfast, so much choice to choose from. I appreciated my breakfast lunch box when we had an early flight. The piano in the hall downstairs is an amazing attraction, and I'm happy because my daughter can play. They allowed my daughter to play the piano. Above all, we felt relaxed, comfortable, and fantastic location for everything, buses, escape room, tours, trains, bars, restaurants, bikes, canals and shops. Just everything
