Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

The hosts were amazing, very attentive, thoughtful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely stay. We joined a wine tasting one evening which was brilliant, the breakfasts were outstanding with home grown produce, the swimming pool was a bonus, and the setting of the house is beautiful set amongst the vineyards with a nice walk on the doorsteps and a local restaurant serving great food a few minutes down the road. We would definitely like to come back!

NetherlandsThat we could only spend 2 nights :(
The place was absolutely wonderful! Ljuba and Miran are wonderful hosts, and make you feel right at home. The property is in the middle of the wine fields of Brda, and we could even borrow bikes to go around the area. The rooms are spacious, and the pool is a great addition. Breakfast was amazing, with fresh homemade products and fruits from the garden. We also did a wine tasting with Ljuba, where we learned a lot about not just wine (which was delicious), but also about the history of the region. We cannot thank you enough for this wonderful experience! Will definitely recommend to anyone coming to Slovenia.

SloveniaThe only minus, if you can call it a minus, is the lack of hooks/shelves in the bathroom and that the couch could be more comfortable.
We basically loved everything - from the location, the POOL, the breakfast, the really nice and friendly owners, the old renovated house - everything was amazing. I'm so happy with it I recommended it to all my co-workers!

United StatesThe setting was gorgeous. The swimming pool overlooks vineyards that were heavy with grapes in late August. Our room was spotless. But the best feature was our hosts. Their hospitality was superb, from warm chats about their farm and the area, to a taste of their wines and an A+ breakfast. There is also facilities for camper vans which other visitors raved about.

NetherlandsAbsolutely none.
How lucky we were to choose the wonderful place of Ljuba and Miran. Exactly what we were looking for: warm, friendly and open people. Ljuba is a wonderful host, happy to tell you everything about wine, the region and life in general. We recommend the wine tasting, with their own produced wines. Our son felt like the "King of the swimming pool". Everything was super clean and breakfast was perfect with local and homemade products, which tasted perfect. With pain in our heart we left after 2 splendid days. For sure we will be back, even if we have to take a big detour. Thank you!

DenmarkIf you have the chance, please do not miss out on this place! The location itself is in between the most beautiful wine and olive fields, a few minutes from a variety of charming old villages worth visiting. But even more amazing was the openhearted and intellectual host, Ljuba - With her many stories, wine tasting and her homemade breakfast, she made our stay unforgettable.

MalaysiaOur stay was wonderful. Ljuba was the best host ever! The place was peaceful and quiet, surrounded by the vineyards. Felt more like visiting a relative home, with lots of stories of the family and history of Slovenia. Ljuba was always there to ensure we were comfortable and well fed. The wine tasting experience was great!! Sibav really produces good wines 👍 Eventhough it's not part of the wine tasting, do get your hands on their special Larya range 😉 it's worth it!

This place is simply wonderful. Miran and Ljube are the most welcoming hosts, it honestly felt like staying with family. We spent two days relaxing by the swimming pool among the vineyards, exploring the local area and sipping on the delicious Sibav wines. Ljube's breakfasts were also a particular highlight made with homemade and locally sourced ingredients. We couldn't recommend staying here more!

It's a very nice, well maintained property located in a beautiful spot amongst the vineyards of the region, with plenty of tastings nearby on offer. The real highlight was our host Ljuba. She was an absolute delight. Very friendly and helpful, we could've chatted to her for hours. The breakfast she prepared every morning was outstanding, featuring a lot of local and home made produce. Oh and their wine was delicious

United StatesIf anything I wish there were two outlets next to the bed instead of one that had the light plugged in. Can’t charge phones with the light on. Otherwise everything is incredible.
Truly exceptional. Wow what a great place! Ljuba is a lovely and welcoming host, incredibly pleasant stay. Her breakfast is AMAZING. Rooms are cozy, well equipped and clean. The grounds are gorgeous and they have a brand new pool. We had the wine tasting which was super nice!

Very good place to stay and the owner family is the most friendly ever. Wine tasting can be arranged (extra cost only 20€) and there is their own wine already waiting for you in the fridge you can buy to drink. Breakfast was made by their own/ local products and was delicious. Swimming pool very relaxing when hot summer weather. Very personal and unique experience.
