The location was perfect for exploring the old town of Ljubljana. Breakfast was great- loved the quiche! All the staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend it to friends and would definitely stay here again.

The terrace bar isn’t manned at lunchtime and you need to phone the staff in the main bar.

Robert at the front desk needs a promotion! Thank you for that spectacular room upgrade after our a/c issue in our initial room. Breakfast is fantastic, location is good, comfy bed pillows towels and products.

The set up in the dining room needs changed. It's currently a horseshoe, with plates and cups under the surface. If you arrive and it's busy, you can't actually get in to see whats on offer, and there are people doubling their girth unexpectedly by bending to get a cup. It's too tight and I watched several people getting very tetchy whilst negotiating it. Changing the layout would resolve this. It would be better if the tables were in a line, so people can browse and move more easily.

Pretty much everything. We were allowed into both our parking and room early because they were available and the staff were lovely. Plenty nice thick towels. Great aircon. Super shower. L'ocitainne toiletries. Comfy bed with with 2 good pillows , but also the option to change for 4 other types which were available on request. Fastest hotel lifts ever! Plenty tea and coffee in the room incl english breakfast tea and powdered decaff coffee and tea and creamer. Breakfast options were amazing

Hotel very well located and close to the old city of Ljublana where you can find the major attractions and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and breakfast had a lot of choices

The cleaning of our room by the hotel staff was very poor. My wife and I spent 4 nights at your hotel. After the first night, our room was not cleaned at all, which the exception of one towel that was exchanged. There were used glasses, plates, the bed was not made up and the bathroom had not been touched. I complained to the hotel front desk and they were sorry and they game me 2 free drink vouchers for the bar. After coming back to the hotel on day 3, after touring Lake Bled all day we were shocked to find that our room had not been cleaned again for a second straight day. I took photos of our room and I showed it to the same front desk person. He was shocked by what I showed him and he was very apologetic. He offered me two more drink vouchers. You have great hotel, but something is very wrong when you have two consecutive days when the staff is unable to properly clean your room. Sincerely, Dr. Markus Gmelin

The location was great! The hotel needs a little improvement and bigger space for breakfast… too many rooms and too small the breakfast area. The food selection was good though and the staff was friendly.

Room was very comfortable, clean and modern. The bed and pillows were comfy which made for a good night's rest. The hotel staff were very friendly and even let us check in at 10am after our early morning flight which was super helpful. Breakfast buffet was good and filling. Location to both city centre and bus station was less than 10 minute walk which was convenient.
