Too crowded in the winter riviera, dinner was not so good, room was too warm

Staff was very kind, the room was ok, connection by tunnel with winter riviera, all the payments were made through the bracelets (no need to bring money in the complex). Winter riviera with slides was very nice for our son (4years old)

Staff not enough polite. Paying for drinks during the dinner unaccessible. Rooms need refreshments, those carpets are terrible and beds old. Also there is a bugs inside the rooms so don't open the balcony door.

The pools are fun for the kids but very crowded. Food just fine.

Water in swimming pools is unpleasantly warm. Not possible to stay inside. Stuff except cleaning ladies were cold and uninterested.

Extremely uncomfortable, old bed and pillows. The rooms need renovation, but it is clean. It is necessary to pay additionally for the towels and bathrobe in the spa.

The fact that there are no bathrobes and slippers. This is a must.

Rooms are in quite an old (and obviously used) condition - scratches all over the furniture, awkward shower, no small fridge in room etc. Given the (high) cost of the room, this was surprising. The buffet dinner on offer was limited in what it offered whereas the breakfast was great. That said, overall, it is a good, clean three-star hotel in a great location, especially if you're there with kids and want to visit the water parks. We had a great time.

Location was great. The staff were super friendly and allowed an early check in due to room availability. Room was very clean. Great for kids and families wanting to be close to the waterparks. Waterpark entry included in the price of our stay, which made the cost of the room reasonable (otherwise, I'd consider the cost of the room expensive for what you get).

It was very clean, water in the pools were warm. Staff was nice and warm. Food was delicius.

There were some kids club at the hotel and they where screaming and running around in front of our room. We complained at the reception but they didn't do anything. The kids also woke up us early in the morning. We came to rest but that didn't happened.

The room was a disaster. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was way too hot in the room and whenever we wanted to open the window, 20 forest bugs come in. We couldn't get rid of them. They were everywhere, in the bed, on the walls, in the curtains. It was horrible, we didn't get sleep at all. Toilet was really dirty, we had to clean it ourselves. The curtains were torn, all in all I just wanted to check out as soon as possible. Not worthy my money. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. One of the worst hotels Ive been to.

The staff is not friendly. They know if it's not you, another tourist will come next year. The waiter in the restaurant of the hotel asked us to change the table in an impolite way, which sounded more like an order. The receptionists are not aware of basic information such as "What is the price of the sunbed chair at Riviera" or "How to call another room". The cafe next to the hotel (where all the activities for kids take place) has rude waiters. We asked one of them for drinks and he answered that he was very busy. For our request to call the manager or supervisor, they replied that they don't have one. and kept ignoring us. The Riviera is overcrowded in high season (maybe they will start thinking of limiting amount of people)...Sometimes there is no space to leave your belongings. While swimming you should look around, not bump into the kid next to you. No one from the staff cares about tourist comfort or great experience. They are oriented on mass low-quality services tourism.

The slides and pool area are beautiful.

Not possible to adjust hot/cold water in the bathroom, the mattress on the bed is too old and worn out - extremely uncofortable, bathroom doors are not possible to close. Generally, the rooms need renovation - not only related to aestetics but realy basics of comfort.

Staff were great. Breakfast is very good. Winter riviera is also very nice.

There is no EV charging station. You should put in place one that would be free of charge for guest.

The bed is uncomfortable and the furniture in the room needs renovation. You can even hear the floor creaking under your feet when you walk. The wi-fi is terrible in the room but very good at the pool. This is the first thermal spa I have ever been to whre they charge bathrobes, even if it says on the booking that they are included in the room. The corridor to the winter riviera is very cold and windy. There is only one receptionist on chek in and check out and it makes the whole precess very slow and tiring.

The food is great and very tasty. Both breakfast and dinner are lavish and threre are plenty to choose.

Just some minor room thing that is not worth mentioning. It didn't affect our stay in any way.

Property has a really nice blend of hostalgia mixed with a bit of modern era. I love the hygiene, staff, atmosphere, calmness. That's how I imagine a place to rest without any distraction.
