Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It is a new refurbished apartment house where obviously a lot of effort went into ensuring everything is available for the guests and in very high quality. A nice 25 min stroll to downtown but we prefer it that way. The location is friendly and peaceful, the first bathing opportunity is about 200 m away.

The house is spacious and very clean. Located very close to the lake and has everything you need. We liked everything about the house. Easy access with car.

The only real drawback was the bed in the living room, hard like a wooden board :( No views on the lake, nor on the mountains, but made up by a picturesque old village like street.
Great location, quiet area yet close to lake, lots of amenities from host (bikes, sups).

We absolutely loved our time at Bled House of Green. The house is spacious, beautifully designed, spotless, and perfect for a group — with two levels, two bathrooms, and a super comfy couch. It’s just a 5-minute walk to Lake Bled and close to great restaurants. The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful, welcoming us with wine, chocolates, and fresh walnuts from the backyard tree. Our dog also had a great time enjoying the grassy yard and outdoor space. There were bikes and paddle boards available, which is such a nice bonus — though we didn’t get to use them because of the weather. Still, we’re already planning to return and stay longer next time to enjoy even more of what this lovely spot has to offer!

The sofa bed is not too comfortable for sleeping.
Excellently equipped house, nice and clean. The atmosphere of the house is very good. A few minutes walk to the lake. Great parking on site. The host was very kind, answered all questions quickly. You could spend weeks here.

Really absolutely nothing: But if is anything to be mentioned....a small extra bed in the upper room (instead of the quite large table, which is - viewed through the eyes of a guest - not absolutely necessary or of any apparent need there) would have been more convenient for us instead of having to use the pull out sofa in the living room.
Amazing and wonderful house in perfect location (very near to the lake but not directly in crowded Bled). We really felt at home from the moment we stepped in. We had a great time there, everything is modern an perfectly clean, but still cozy and lovely. Perfect mix. Lovely interior, parking lot right next to the house. The pictures reflect exactly what you can expect. And not to forget: The loveliest and most helpful hosts we have ever encountered (if only online ;)) This combination made our stay an incredible positive memory for the whole family. Thanks again. We will definitely come back one day :)

The house is really beautiful. It is located near the lake, in a narrow street a few minutes walk from there. It is well-equipped, we found everything we needed for our 3 nights stay. We liked the fireplace the best, it created a cozy atmosphere. Simon and Spela gave us all the information well in advance, so it was a pleasure to stay here! :)

Everything was great.
Magical house surrounded by splendid nature, only 3 minutes walk from the lake. The house is newly renovated and extremely clean. We spent an enjoyable and relaxed time here. Personnel was very well organised and willing to help.

This is by far the best property I’ve ever stayed in! It was remarkable! We got greeted by a lovely host, who explained eveeything to us. The house is packed with every little detail, a welcome basket was given to us full of goodies, the interior is amazing and the fireplace is truly a lovely addition to the cozy atmosphere. It is situated in a peaceful neighbourhood with the lake and restaurants close by and the center is also within walking distance. This is truly a heart-expanding place! Would highly recommend it! :)

The couch was uncomfortable for sleeping and it was slightly akward when someone came to clean up the house before the check out time - made us feel as we need to rush and leave.
