Do not be discouraged by the exterior appearance of the building. There is a large, modern and clean apartment on the first floor. It is well equipped. Across the street there is a parking space (you can see it from the bedroom window) which is a great value in this location - the apartment is in close proximity to the center of the old town. The bedroom was not equiped with air- conditioning, In hot wheather, the one situated in liging room wqs not fully sufficient .

Nice location - not far from sea as well as from city center , nicely renovated flat , despite the house is still waiting for new fassade. The host was very communicative and supportive . Parking slot was included , over the street. Equiped sufficiently ( maybe toaster would be great) for cooking . We can recommend to stay here .

There is a lot of empty space in the apartment as there's just too many drawers and wardrobes. This made it a little sterile.

+ clean and tidy apartment, comfortable for family of 4 (1 and 5 years old) + great location (few steps to marine, 5mins walk to bakery, 7mins walk to old town, 10mins to nice beach) + smooth check-in, good communication with owner + parking lot reserved for apartment (we arrived by car) + possibility to have breakfast on terrace with marine/ocean view + air-conditioning of rooms (main room's window directed to east)
