The location is excellent in terms of being in the centre of town but it is a long walk if you are coming by car. Garage Arze was not open when we came so we parked by the campsite then walked along the coast. Nice walk of about 20 mins but hot and the parking is about €20 a day.

Great little apartment with everything you need (really nice to have a little kitchen!). Excellent location right off the main square. Owners were lovely and responded quickly to messages. Happy to give suggestions once there as well. Just be aware, if you come by car, you have to park in the parking garages just outside the old town. It can get really busy in high season and difficult to get a spot to park. It’s also quite expensive. It would be the same for all accommodation in the old town, nothing the owners can do. But they were good at suggesting places to park. Just a general point to consider if you’re visiting Piran. But if you do - couldn’t recommend Apartment Igor highly enough.

All is great, making it a 5 star place as such. One thing missing is some shower gel in the bathroom. When I asked the owner, Igor, he told me I could buy at the shop which is indeed handy 2 minutes away. But come on, for 3 euros you can supply that and would last few weeks. I had to leave behind a big enough bottle that I had to buy for 2 nights (as no space to carry on my travels...). I am sure other people might have to do that. Bit inconvenient to come back from a lovely day in town and realised you forgot to buy shower gel. Come on Igor, you can do it for a complete 5 star place and service

Igor was very kind, friendly, and helpful. Communication with him was easy and smooth. After check-out, we were able to leave our luggage at the restaurant next to the apartment. The apartment had everything we needed. There was plenty of storage space, and the room was comfortably spacious. The location was excellent — very close to the main square shuttle stop for the parking garage.

No complaints, it's a solid deal and the location can't be beat!

This is very good accommodation in an ideal location, just off the main plaza in Piran. It is next door to the good affiliated restaurant where you pick up the keys. It's a compact room with a fridge, big double bed, TV with international news channels, and kettle. No cooking facilities or washing machine. Bathroom/shower, air-con, and wi-fi are all excellent. We were lucky to get it at an economical price during shoulder season.

Igor was very helpful and friendly during our check-in. The room’s location is perfect, right near the main square in Piran. It was a very hot day, and the air conditioner worked perfectly. It is a very cozy room and despite being central, the sound isolation during the night was good and we did not hear much noise outside. Thank you for a comfortable stay!

Parking in Piran is not possible, nor can you even ride into town to deliver or pick up luggage. The walk down from the Arze parking garage is just 10 minutes down the hill and a scenic walk, but the 15 minutes back up at the end is a rough climb.

Excellent location just off the main square in Piran and less than a minute from swimming in the sea. Well-equipped, spacious apartment with full kitchen.

It would be nice to have a second nightstand and night lamp for the other side of the bed. Some plates and cutlery would be useful. (Terrace and kitchen are not in every bedroom)

We really enjoyed our stay at Igors place. The room was nice and had a full functioning kitchen with big refrigerator and even an oven. The room is situated just in the centre of Piran, so everything was very close by, but it still wasn’t noisy inside the room. Igor was a very good host, and helped us answering the questions we had. We would stay at Igors place if we ever visit Piran again.
