The restaurant at the hotel could be better. Didn’t love the breakfast selections. But it’s not difficult to hop on the monorail and head to VivoCity for breakfast.

The pool is amazing at this hotel! Loved the serenity of sitting by the pool amidst all of the greenery. Very lovely poolside surroundings.

The staff at the restaurant were rude & unhelpful, we thought breakfast was available until 11am (finished 10:30am) we arrived at 10:15am to be told we couldn’t eat which was frustrating as there were limited options within walking distance.

Great location, lovely surroundings, interconnecting rooms was a bonus. Filtered water available throughout the resort so you didn’t have to keep buying bottled water.

Somewhere to set up a clothes line in the bathroom so my swimsuit could dry. It never dried overnight.

I'm very glad I stayed here and not one of the more luxurious hotels for my four day stay. I loved all the greenery and the feeling that I was in the middle of a jungle, especially at the pool. My bed was comfortable and the room big enough. It was interesting to sit on a rooftop lounge and watch the ships. And the beach was just across the street. Easy walking around in this area to Fort Siloso and the centre area where buses left for the other side of the island. For me there was plenty of choice at breakfast: cereal, fruit, yoghurt, breads and pastries, juice, coffee and tea and a hot dish if you wanted eggs. I also liked the outdoor spa as it was very cold in the water when I stayed.

Struggled to remove the damp musty smell of the hotel room due to high humidity levels. It was however simple, clean and comfortable.

The pool and gardens were extremely well kept We really liked the care taken to support the ecosystems and animals that live within the resort

Can’t do anything about it but on weekends the club opposite the hotel plays loud music. But when you’re tired from sightseeing and you go to bed right away, it’s not a problem.

Check In Staff was friendly and accommodating and the room was really comfortable. Location was very convenient to other favourite parts of the island. The restaurant had great food and wonderful staff. Swimming pool was awesome!

bitten by small animals (looks like tiny ants) and not able to sit quietly. (This is expected because the resort is right in front of the beach, and we are at the raining season. We experienced the same around June/July when we were there, and this is our second time staying there.

Room service not being charge to room, got caught out .. would have been ok if if told at check in .. did feed this back. Never any pool,side towels available. Expensive but everywhere is on Sentosa. Would have likes black out blinds

Needs a bit of updating but good enough to use as a base. All facilities were good.

Loved the staff and personal touch from owner and what he is trying to achieve with an echo hotel.
