I like that the location is near establishments and also the drinks are cheap.

I saw bedbugs in the bed and i hope you can eradicate it. thank you

The mattress is quite thin, so the sleep was not very comfortable, but still manageable

We stayed here for one night but had booked two. We left early with no compensation, as there were no room keys/ the doors didn’t have a lock, meaning random people who weren’t even in the room kept on coming in at ridiculous hours of the night (one ended up sleeping in the room with another person). The showers were disgusting and had cockroaches. When we addressed the issue of feeling unsafe the receptionist smirked at us and told us she’d “speak to the people in the room”, hence leaving us with no other option but to leave without a refund or even an option to move rooms. Very very disappointing, it completely ruined our stay in Singapore. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional, could not recommend a place less.

Location is very good , easy accessible to Metro, taxi and all shops

We face issue with Rats, there are are some holes from which rats came and damaged our things

Worst room ever. So many suspicious people come there. It is most disgusting place ever I booked.

Could have cleaned every place in the hotel. Beds are almost completely ruined.

Toilets are very narrow.

The washroom was dirty, the hand shower was broken, dead cockroaches were in the washroom in one word disgusting experience. Managers Behaviour was so rude.
