Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

BelgiumI would have wanted the size of the room to be a bit bigger, but the size was accurately mentioned in the description and so I cannot say that it was a surprise.
The room was small compared to my expectations, but exactly according to the room description. It regularly cleaned, the staff was VERY helpful and the breakfast was good. I would not mind staying there again for my next trip. The location of the hotel was also very good, and connected by public transport. The staff was very courteous and helpful.

Sri LankaI stayed at this hotel as a budget-friendly option, and overall, it was good value for money. The room was compact, as expected for the price range, and while amenities like tea, coffee, and sugar were limited, they were readily available upon request at any time, which was appreciated. I did experience some inconvenience during check-in due to an issue with scanning my passport. Additionally, the mobile app check-in and digital key access process was a bit problematic and could be improved for smoother usability. That said, for a budget hotel, it delivered what it promised and served the purpose well.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were always willing to help. Room was clean and neat. Housekeeping did a very good job. The location was excellent since there was a bus station just at the doorstep. There were many restaurants near by and also a 7Eleven as well. I want to acknowledge the support of Roy, Wan Firdavs and Ian who were extremely helpful during my stay at Ibis Budget West Coast.

The staff was absolutely amazing. They were extremely friendly and made sure you feel welcome. Room was very clean as well. If you want to be close to the science park, the location is okay.

United KingdomIt's a bit far away from the main city area it took me over 50 minutes to get to the city using buses and would often mean that I would have to take lots of different buses to get to where I wanted to go.
Comfy rooms ( good for solo travelers), welcoming and helpful staff, rooms were well cleaned and the Aircon was very good, very easy access to convenience stores and restaurants as well as a bus stop right outside the hotel. 30 minute walk from haw par villa.
