Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaMy flight came earlier, we communicated about my arrival and asked to check in early if possible, Soon i was there around 9;30 am, I was told my room will be ready mostly probably around 1 to 3 pm. I asked them to keep my luggage for safe keep and they took it to their storage while I went out to eat and come back at 10;30 am.I stayed in the foyer and sat there for 3 hours waiting for them to tell me. Hotel clients were coming and going and some got their rooms ready when they check in while i was there sitting waiting for my turn, as seem as no one noticed and asked me. I eventually asked the receptionist as i saw later comer got room faster than I am, and if i room is ready. she asked for my passport and then check in her drawer with lists of papers and mine was at the bottom. This is un professional she should apologized as I was there for 4 hours waiting, shouldn't you asked why i am there?
i stayed at the hotel located at orchard road that took half hour to reach as i was from the international airport. Their Breakfast was awesome and delicious, koodo to the cook and the room was ok, it was single room cleaned and a great layout. i like it.

AustraliaIt is difficult to pick something, but I would have liked more comfortable furniture in the reception area. We arrived earlier than expected, but an early check-in was not available. Hence, we waited in the reception area for a longer time.
The hotel's location was convenient for local travel. The train station and bus stops were a short distance from the hotel, which made our daily travel easier. The staff was warm and welcoming! The rooms were compact but comfortable. The breakfast offered a nice variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian food choices. The food was delicious and well-presented. The hotel also offered facilities like laundry and a gym, which was a bonus.
