Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PhilippinesWhen we checked in, facilities in the room were not working 100% such as coffee maker. They eventually got everything in order and no problem the rest of the stay. Step down from the room to the hallway. Strange and you can actually fall if you are absent minded when you step out of the room.

We got upgraded which was a nice surprise, and having the whole family come in from out of town - this was a great bonus. Lots of space inside, we had a BBQ downstairs and our flat also had a balcony which have UNBEATABLE views of Singapore.

New ZealandShowers and toilets crammed in - 2 of each so they were a little small. Location - away from the MRT, so you have to catch a taxi everywhere or the bus, which we didn't take.
Nice reception area - plenty of free apples and bottles of water, helpful staff, and clean facilities. Room was good - nice beds, just a bit crammed in with the two toilets and showers. Nice touch with replenished coffee capsules, tea etc. Great swimming pool and garden area - kept nicely clean, lots of towels, spa, playground etc. Vending machine with ice cream. Sauna and steam room were great, lovely and well-kept changing rooms as well.

PhilippinesDespite being an old property, our three bedroom suite looked newly renovated. The layout really made it feel like a home which is great for families. Everyone was super nice and helpful. The location is perfect - situated in a residential area yet accessible with bus stops right outside and an MRT station around 15mins walk. There is a small grocery on the ground floor with cafes and restaurants within the vicinity.

IndonesiaDon't change the sheets everyday, it's really not necessary and I think people can handle 3 days without changing their sheets unless if needed of course (it's not only this establishment, it's a lot of them in Singapore).
the staff was incredible especially on floor 6. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bathroom is great. the pool area is truly awesome and has a great vibe compared to lots of other residences in SG. It's very kid friendly and that's what we needed.
