We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our trip to Singapore. The location was unbeatable – right in the very proximity of all the main sights, which made it so easy to explore the city on foot or with short rides. The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped, with air conditioning, a fridge, and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Another big advantage was the laundry facilities in the hotel, which made it really convenient to wash our clothes during the trip. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you want both comfort and convenience in the heart of Singapore. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Singapore. The location is excellent, very convenient to reach all the main attractions of the city either on foot or by metro. The room was small, but very well designed and organized, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the hotel’s real strengths is the staff: they are always available and ready to respond to any request within just a few minutes. In particular, Maica, but also Edmar and Vannie, were fantastic – kind, attentive, and always willing to help whenever we needed assistance. Overall, a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a strategic and well-connected area of Singapore.

The check in app procedure could be impoved as it can get confusing. There are too many messages via email, WhatsApp, booking. Just install the App a few days before your arrival and submit all info. You then get a code to enter the building. On the left of the escalator you can log into wifi, open the App and get your key. Repeat for each door. We would have appreciated some coffee and tea in the room. The refrigerator is a little too large for the room and gets noisy from time to time.

Simple and clean room situated in the center of everything. There are a lot of bars and restaurants in the quarters around, but it was very quite in our room. You can walk to Marina Bay Sands (20-30 minutes), China Town (15 minutes), Little India & Arab Street (30 minutes). Metro is around 7 minutes away. WhatsApp communication worked well, we had no issues. Washing machines and dryer are free to use. Perfect for a 3 day city trip.

It would be great if you consider extending the check-out time from 11.00 to 12.00.

The hotel is located in good neighborhoods and close to tourist attractions in walking distances such as Hill Street Building, Fort Canning Park, riverside street, Merlion and many restaurants. During our time, Edmar and Maica were helpful and provided good advice. Their WhatsApp channel was responsive to our requests.

Excellent location next to Clark and Boat Quays and short walk to Clark Quay MRT. Small but perfectly comfortable room with fridge, microwave and safe. Able to store luggage up to 6pm on departure day. Great customer service.

Nice , comfortable stay , great service and communication using Whatsapp, every message was replied to within a few minutes. Location was perfect to Clarke Quay , Central , Riverside and Boat Quay. Maica , Edmar and Vannie provided great personal service. Highly recommended.
