Found it very strange that a transit hotel with a beautiful bathroom had no shampoo and condition. As everyone staying would have carry on bags only it was very annoying to have a body wash only provided. Hotel was expensive for only a 8 hour stay.

Fantastic pool and bar area to sit around and swim. Dinner chosen was good and part of the hotel rate. Room was spacious and bed comfortable. Location is easy when you have a long transit in Singapore. Would use again.

The room was quite big and clean. The area was very quiet. Staff was very helpful. The location was great as it was not too far from our gate.

At the opposite end of the airport to where the arrivals terminal is. Needed passports and both flying in and flying out passes from the airline....why?? After a long haul flight with a 5 year old I shouldn't need to have to find all the boarding passes just to check in and sleep. Able to charge what they like because of the location and people's situations with long last overs.

Clean and has what your need. Don't have to leave the airport.

Convenient for overnight stay to break up long flight UK to Australia, very clean comfortable hotel. Could watch planes arriving & taking off right outside our hotel room window

EXPENSIVE: Ended up costing me twice as much as what I originally booked for as it didn’t say 6 hours on the site until I received the confirmation. Ended up costing me double as then they charge you hourly rate so AUD480. Bit rich for an overnight stay shared bathroom! It is convenient but not worth AUD480.

Very convenient as I had an early morning departure after a late check-in.

To fare from were u land it would be convenient that some one can pick u up also lots just people sleeping on the floor around and close to reception. Not a great look..

Teach people while they check in how to close a door quietly (scan card outside door so you can bend the handle and close the door quietly rather than pull it closed which makes a lot of noise and wakes others up .) The reason you pay this amount is to sleep and even with ear plugs people pulling doors closed wakes others .Just make them aware as I know it doesn’t mean they will do it but most people not aware how to close the door quietly .Everything else great .

There was a little confusion when we went for food and we had to wait over 30 minutes after arriving in the lounge area to get our breakfast (we had pre-ordered the croffles) as there was a communication issue. The staff dealt with it promptly when they realised and the food was pleasant when it finally arrived.

The room was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. Beds were very comfortable and the check in process was straightforward and easy.

Location from main reception was close and yet totally separated from any lifts and people milling around. felt secure behind closed doors in its own passageway with other rooms. Breakfast was included in our cost and was an absolute perfect breakfast to get ready for another day of travel ahead of us.

Doors in hallway slamming all night. Also, the shower water mixer almost needs directions (seems odd, I know).
