Beds were comfortable. The room was cosy and it gave the feeling that you have entered another era. Breakfast was good, some snacks were available 24/7. The personal was very helpful.

Althought it was clean and cosy, some repairment should be done.

The decor, clearly the owners take great pride in running the hotel. Spacious and comfortable, excellent location. Highly recommend. Breakfast was fine. I'm not keen generally on places with no staff onsite overnight, but in this location it felt very safe. Good beds.

Curtains in room 1 don't block out enough light, take a sleep mask.

Very clean and fresh. The room was bigger than I expected. They make this cute doll for my little girl . 😍 The prize for the room was really worth . Location is right in the centrum .

The toilet makes so much sound . It reminds me of the toilet in airplans . Sound very laud . Breakfast was a little boring .

The overall styling is wonderful. Clear instructions on how to check in. Extremely clean. Good breakfast with home made bread. We asked for gluten-free at the last minute and staff was ready to provide a valid alternative.

Just a silly detail, during my first stay two years ago, I fell in love with some coffe cups which had been substituted this time.

Nothing I didn’t like

Very pleasant hotel at the heart of Östersund. Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was great. The breakfast room can also be used at other times to make coffee and tea, with biscuits and sweets. Soft drinks were complimentary. The staff is very friendly and cooperative, thanks!

Lovely boutique hotel in the centre of town. Feels like a home away from home. Anytime tea/coffee and sweets. Kind staff packed a takeaway breakfast for my early train trip.

Good central location. Decor and style were beautiful. The accommodation was very clean. The little touches, such as coffee and tea in the lounge/ breakfast room.

Badged as a hotel, but real feels like apartments. No receptionist on arrival. This is not a criticism, just an observation.

Hotel was very clean and had a cozy vibe. I did not interact with staff upon arrival but did in the morning at breakfast and staff were very friendly. Bed was comfortable and for being downtown it was actually very quiet.

It was my fault I did not realize there is very limited parking. We parked in a parking garage down the way and had to wheel luggage through downtown. Inconvenient but if I had done better research I would have seen this information. Toilet also made a lot of noise throughout the night.

Room, dining area, breakfast, classic style and furniture, amazing design. Silent inside hotel, not much people and almost alone at breakfast :)
