Althought it was clean and cosy, some repairment should be done.

Beds were comfortable. The room was cosy and it gave the feeling that you have entered another era. Breakfast was good, some snacks were available 24/7. The personal was very helpful.

Curtains in room 1 don't block out enough light, take a sleep mask.

The decor, clearly the owners take great pride in running the hotel. Spacious and comfortable, excellent location. Highly recommend. Breakfast was fine. I'm not keen generally on places with no staff onsite overnight, but in this location it felt very safe. Good beds.

Just a silly detail, during my first stay two years ago, I fell in love with some coffe cups which had been substituted this time.

The overall styling is wonderful. Clear instructions on how to check in. Extremely clean. Good breakfast with home made bread. We asked for gluten-free at the last minute and staff was ready to provide a valid alternative.

Very pleasant hotel at the heart of Östersund. Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was great. The breakfast room can also be used at other times to make coffee and tea, with biscuits and sweets. Soft drinks were complimentary. The staff is very friendly and cooperative, thanks!

Badged as a hotel, but real feels like apartments. No receptionist on arrival. This is not a criticism, just an observation.

It was my fault I did not realize there is very limited parking. We parked in a parking garage down the way and had to wheel luggage through downtown. Inconvenient but if I had done better research I would have seen this information. Toilet also made a lot of noise throughout the night.

Hotel was very clean and had a cozy vibe. I did not interact with staff upon arrival but did in the morning at breakfast and staff were very friendly. Bed was comfortable and for being downtown it was actually very quiet.

Beautiful antique furnishings in spacious and clean rooms, located on the nicest street in Östersund. Welcoming and attentive host who quickly answered our every question and made sure everything was to our liking. All day free fika in the parlour was a nice treat! A special thank you to the nice lady who prepared extra early breakfast for us to enjoy before our departure on Inlandsbanan.

the bathroom, although spotless, could do with a bit of an upgrade. Oh, and a mirror near a plug point so one can use the hairdryer and see oneself at the same time! But those were really minor details.

Breakfast food eg sliced eggs, pate, tomatoes, was not refilled quickly enough. The breakfast layout was cramped. If there were a few people, we were trying to be in the same area. Milk triangles were not available one evening.
