Great place to stay even if one comes to the city for conference. There are enough fridges and private rooms and spaces. It doesn't feel crowded at all.

I did not like the bathrooms. It was difficult to take a shower since there was no base on the wall to place the shower on!! Also, there was no place to dry your towel (or, maybe, I did not find it)

I liked the price more than anything. Also, cleanliness was quite okay and the location near a perfect shopping center and central bus & train station was great.

Not a fault of the hostel but another guest set off the fire alarm at 07.00 in the morning. It was very loud and surely made you get out of bed.

Does not look very fancy at first sight, but has Super central location, is Very clean, quite and safe. Good quality internet. The Owner is very friendly and helpful. It is absolutely worth of the price.

Everything was a bit run-down and the olace was a bit gloomy; with some maintenance work and decoration, the place would be much nicer and cozier. For instance, there were no bedside tables, the bed and pillows were not great, and the shower was slightly broken.

The location is great, and the hostel has everything you need if you're just looking for a place to sleep for a few nights. It was clean, and the staff were attentive.

Not that it has anything to do with the hostel itself, but it was a little bit eerie as I felt like I was the only guest staying there. Maybe just an off peak thing. The kitchen was really well equipped although strange rules on not being able to cook fish or raw chicken? I understand the smell aspect maybe for fish but chicken?! What else is a traveller meant to cook?

The single room was perfectly equipped for a solo guest, with a fridge, small desk and hanging space. Bed very comfy too and room perfect temperature for January. The property was extremely clean, and I was given the impression the bathrooms were cleaned very regularly. It’s not often that bathrooms do not smell like urine!

The kitchen is inside the building without any window, surrounded by the bedrooms. No nice space to chill out.

The windows need cleaning (it's probably a winter problem thing) and some toilets are out of service but nothing that can't be quickly fixed.

Straight away the reception personel is very friendly and helpful and makes everything very clear and easy for you to understand and enjoy. There's a large kitchen and an even larger lounge room to meet other guests and relax.

Good central location. Very good value for money. Clean. The hostel seem to have been renovated since my last stay a few years ago, so the facilities were in good shape. I was given my room many hours before the official check-in time without extra charge. Soft bed and tv in the room.

The staff was very accommodating with a late (1 am) check-in due to a late arriving flight. I was positively surprised by the cleanliness of the bathrooms. The rooms are small and simple, but completely adequate for the money. The location is very central, close to the train station and all central landmarks like the Domkyrka or the Botanical Garden. Bonus point for keeping our suitcases until 5 pm the next day, at no additional price, so we could explore the city on foot before heading out of Uppsala.

You cant open the window all the way. It has a narrow opening. The seats in the kitchen are in bad shape and old. You cannot sit comfortably and the seats have a slight slope but thats okay. My clothes were in the dryer like 3h but were still damp when I took them out. I guess its not so good at drying thick clothes. But these are just nitpicking. Generally good, price/performance.

Bathrooms were cleaned daily and you can find always clean. No urine smell. Rooms are okay. You can only eat in kitchen and kitchen is also clean. Can open the doors with your keycard. Oh and also washing machine and dryer costs like 60 sek (including soap).

The only things I did not like was the cold in the room. Heating was not working in October and the bed above me was too close and too small space was here. But for just few nights it was okay.

The hostel was located in the city centre, walkable distance almost everywhere. The receptionist was very sweet and helpful, room was quiet and comfortable just little bit cold.

that the man at the reception keeps an eye on what his guests are doing and not on his own life, and if you want to meet people through a dating app and you want to meet them at the hotel, you will not be able to meet anyone there, since for the man at the reception you are doing something illegal.

I liked that it had a kitchen with all the necessary utensils and that my room had my private refrigerator and the hotel has multiple restrooms.
