Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe food at the restaurant was poor quality, overcooked, little flavor, and way too expensive for the quality received. The server was almost rude in the fact we weren't greeted, in fact I don't think he said more than five words to us from the time we sat to the time we paid. The cabin we stayed in, while cozy, was a bit different than we expected. The beds under the bunk beds are quite "tight" in the fact you have little head space and need to bend to get in and out of the beds. Also, and this was an oversight on my part, you need to bring your own towels and linens or "buy" them while staying at the cabins - this is not the case if you're staying in the actual hotel rooms.
We really liked the amount of amenities that were available to use. Having a standalone cabin was a nice experience, as it provided more flexibility and more privacy as well.

SwedenA few Insects on the bed, told staff when we left, too tired to make a fuzz about it upon arrival. Extremely hot and no cooling. I had not paid attention to that we had to bring our own sheets, have not been the case before. This added 4x200kr to the total, my fault but disappointing considering the already high price.

DenmarkThe resort should have made much larger platforms for swimming, for easy access to good swim without crowding of people It is not allowed to BBQ near the cabbin - have to go on the other side of the resort with access no water etc. No or very weak internet connection No dinner table indoor or outdoor - only tiny cafe table for three persons The world´s smallest bathroom sink No markise or cover for sun on the poarch No free exit from the bed in one side of the bed
