The room was in a bad shape with an uncomfortable bed. We request two beds but got only one. The bathroom needed some updating. The breakfast selection was very poor.

We were just driving through Sundsvall and the hotel was conveniently located for that. We found parking in the street near the hotel.

Bad lack stain in toilet Dirty looking round carpet in Bath room hiding a badly burnt area on floor ..the door handle mechanism was damaged and the foor frame although it closed ok tired looking hotel but dusty here and there..breakfast was OK..had to ask for milk ..none left .. didnt ask for oat milk ..i assumed none out they didnt have it ....and the orange juice hadn't been topped up empty..there was only a few bread rolls left ( we came down at 8.30) wasn't the best breakfast for the price of the room ..no fresh fruit

It hade a very good location and The staff was serviceminded.

We hade two rooms. The lager was Nice and comfortable but the smaller was to Coldplay and hade a stranden smell.

the hotel is closed until 15.00, it is not possible to leave your luggage. Before arriving, I wrote that I was coming from 10.00 and I had to leave my luggage. I was answered with consent. As a result, I stood under the doors for a long time and waited for someone to come and open the hotel doors.

Location is good, breakfast is good, but without cake or candy for coffee.

I was billed twice for this room, once through booking.com and again by the hotel when I arrive. I put in a dispute through Visa, but have not heard back from them. Beware if you stay there this could happen to you.

The room was way too small and it was a struggle walking between the beds as they almost took up all the space. It was also a problem having the window open as it was right next to one bed so one would freeze. A bit too noisy between the floors and rooms.

Very accommodating staff and they fixed an earlier check-in time for me to suit my time schedule. There was a fridge in the common area where you could store your food, which was really helpful. The breakfast had a variety of options between bread, yogurt, cereal and drinks. The room was clean!

No connection or help after the reception opening times. Tried to reach them over the phone because I couldn't get in the hotel on my first night. Had to sleep outside the first night and I did not get proper communication about my problem. Next time I will go to another place.

Great location, and a pleasant breakfast. The room is okay and warm if you get in.

The hotel had the standard of a hostel. The curtains didn’t cover the whole window. A coat hook fell off the wall when I got my jacket. A shelf in the bathroom wasn’t straight. Carpet in the hallway didn’t look very clean. The walls out to the corridor were really thin so you could hear everything going on outside the door.

The breakfast had the basics and nothing else. Not a lot of variety.
