I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed yet still peaceful and quiet. The host was fantastic—responsive, kind, and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. It’s clean quiet space. There is tea and coffee in the kitchen. There is a parking lot near the house, if you are traveling by car.

I had a beautiful stay at the apartment Sundsvall by M visiting my son who is on exchange for six months. A lovely and cosy spot to go out and explore all the good things Sundsvall has to offer. Brisk walks through the forest, on the lake and short but sweet ski slopes for a perfect variation of outdoor activities. All your outdoor gear is easily borrowed just a street over from the apartment. You can also easily walk to the town center for a whiff of culture. The apartment is perfect to do some home cooking and to watch a movie after an intense day. Visiting an ice hockey game is a nice way to spend your evening. I met Marcus a few times during my stay and he is a very kind host and asked me to take care of his babies (to water the numerous plants in the apartment 😉). This spring I will be back with my daughter to experience yet another season in Sundsvall and we are glad to stay at the apartment again.

Maybe the bathroom would need some renovation to meet the quality of the rest of the apartment but overall it was a perfect stay!

Location is a bit far from city but bus is every 10 to 15 mins or probably 20 min walk only I'm too lazy to walk when on vacation 😅

It's a house divided up into apartments..so you can hear foot steps above and children running..and their raised voices but not unduly ....so expect this...but the night is quiet..

We arrived by train so it would have been a 2,5 kilometer walk to get there, but that is still very close to the city centre.

Everything went really smoothly and the apartment was fresh and had more little extra luxuries than I had expected. Would absolutely recommend it to anyone.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Communication was great and check-in easy. The accomodation itself exceeded our expectations. Very comfy and attention for detail. If we visit Sundsvall again we will definitely stay here again!

I really love this apartment. Peaceful and friendly. Only thing the person who does the cleaning can do it a little deeper.

I usually dont have breakfast. There is a very good coffee machine and there is enough coffee to last you through your trip.
