Very few options to choose for breakfast, maybe because there were not to many tourists in the hotel.

Lady at the reception was very nice and gave us a breakfast box on the go, since we were getting late and need to leave. Also she provided us with the same rooms two days later on our way back home. Very nice system of self check in using pin codes.

Booked the room for 3 adults, yet we had to make the spare bed ourselves. This should have been done for us in advance. I think there had been a mix up with breakfast boxes; we ended up with non dairy and gluten free options without requesting those.

Big room, clean. Two fans provided, which was great. Good shower room. Nice that sauna was available. Quiet area, but a short drive from everywhere -pretty sure you need a car to stay here though.

The room was r e a l l y hot despite the winter but luckily we could open the window and it helped a lot and we slept well.

Nice and peaceful place to stay overnight during a trip in Luleå. Buffet breakfast was ok for the price. Checking in was really easy eventhough there were no staff around. I can recommend this place and I could stay here again.

Such a lovely location, with fabulous staff (Tina in particular was especially helpful!). The rooms and the bathroom well appointed with a good shower. Parking is easy and the beds comfy. The fan was handy to assist with air movement.

A bit confused check-in. The rooms are located inside of a school therefore the reception is a bit hard to find and it is harder to get the key in case you arrive after 4pm. Fortunately I met a friendly person who helped me to find the keys and showed the room location.

I was deceived by the completely missing breakfast (included in the offer, and therefore in my contract with this host). On Sunday July 30, There was NO STAFF present (we HAD to check-out until 9:30), and till then, no explanation for the locked dining room, for the absence of any staff, for the missing excuses or explanation for the NO BREAKFAST served, NO breakfast boxes, which of course was included in the price I paid. I have called the hotline provided in the check-in instructions and the lady at the helpdesk could not solve the problem. More than that, there were other guests, old people, one mother with children besides the two of us, who counted on this breakfast. I consider that the host should return some money to all his guests who paid for a not delivered service. Please, Booking.com, step-in, to solve this chronic and repeated issue for your future customers

Breakfast was the biggest disappointment, in spite of I sent a message to the hotel in advance about the importance of the good breakfast. We were traveling for the sport camp with children. Breakfast scheme has been changed 4 times during our 9-night visit. From ready boxes in the fridge to no breakfast at all ☹ We’ve stayed for 9 nights and no one visited to clean the rooms. At the end of the stay rooms were quite dirty. No bikes for rental were available. The nearest shop in 4 kms with quite poor bus connections.

Location was perfect as were coming for the sport camp and sport facilities were just in 100m out of the hotel. Sauna was very good and clean + relaxation zone. Common kitchen with fridge, microwave ovens, electric kettle was a good facility. Quite area, close to the river.

It's okay for 1 night after a long drive. Bed was comfortable. It was quite hot, but there were cooler and a fan. Decent breakfast, not comparable to scandic or similar, but enough fuel to start the day.

Difficult to find for a newcomer, no sign seen from the road. Insteuctions good if you already know the place. Slightly worn out building. A student's room from the 1960s? Breackfast not included. Have to use the car to find small items such as fruit, snacks etc. 50 % higher price compared to the room we had the night before in central Umeå with an excellent breckfast included and full service available. Perhaps the local hotel market is more expensive from visitors/workers for Stegra in Boden need accomodation? Travelling with car I will next time seek hotels in other cities such as Piteå or in more rural areas.

Very small choice in breakfast, its quite old building and hotel.

Car is needed if you want to go town like Lulea, car park is available. For short stay is enough comfort if you just need to spend one night or two.

Small room with narrow beds and shaking mattresses. For three people there were two twin beds and a portable one. Very basic breakfast in a box. Noone at the reception, even during opening hours. Photos posted may mislead you.
