Truly enjoyed our recently renovated room, although carrying heavy luggage through the stairs was rather difficult. Breakfast and dinners were lovely, plus included. Our room was large - might not be the same with all the reservations.

The whole place looked and felt a little tired and in need of a refresh. AC couldn't be adjusted or turned off in the room.

Food was great, bed was very comfortable, facilities (pool in my case) was excellent. Staff were outstanding!

Very little to not like, other than lack of light in hallway/wardrobe .

We stayed a Monday evening and it was very quiet, I can think the restaurants in the square may not be as quiet at weekends. Very good selection on the breakfast buffet. Very comfortable beds.

* somewhat worn rooms and facilities * no (mechanical) ventilation (window opening was not possible due to noise and smoking from the pub guests; a mobile fan was available though) * loud and disturbing noise from the pub which is located on the ground floor, both inside (reception area) and outside. Not directly hotel’s fault but unlucky. We were somewhat unlucky with the room placement: choose between bad air quality inside or open window and get lots of noise and smoke from the pub. Would not recommend if there is a broadcast sport event and/or weekend due to the pub if you want peace; or ask explicitly for rooms facing the backyard on upper floors

Nothing to dislike really, but make sure to have the right set of expectations: there isn't much happening in the town (fun and tourism wise). In our case that wasn't a problem since we were there for a family visit.

Very helpful staff who make nice little gestures like leaving a note in our mother tongue and chocolates in the room after cleaning. The room and the hotel in general were very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfy. Food (breakfast and dinner) were decent and the hotel offers a traditional daily snack (Fika). Location within walking distance from the station in a calm neighborhood with a couple restaurants around it. The gym was a big plus and we used it twice during our stay.

The music in the nearby restaurant or bar turned off late at night and turned on early in the morning. So we couldn't rest at night.

Very cozy and we got great value for the money. The location was really good, very close to the train/bus station. The personnel was really nice and helpful. It was great having fika and dinner also included, and the food was really good. The room was very spatious and cozy and the bathroom was very new. Overall super happy!

I wish the pool temperature was slightly higher!

We were a group of family friends wanting to have a weekend ski trip and this hotel exceeded all our expectations. The breakfast and dinner were both very enjoyable and the hotel had all the facilities one needs. We will definitely consider coming back to the same hotel.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

I just loved the welcoming nature of all the staff. The ladies on the Reception were so very nice. The Breakfast was superb, choice of foods was wonderful. The hotel is central, and close to Rail /Bus links

Everything is old, gym is crap sauna total crap was not even working, no signs no one to explain where to switch on…some leaflets on walls only in Sweden language…could not use facilities went in and all cold no one in or around…changing room crap also. Parking have to pay…gues parking shall be free when you charge already fortune for mini single room with none extra facilities anywhere close what you advertise. Kitchen did not like also, no one there no to tell anything no to ask…can’t understand anything is there bar or what no one welcomes just standing like a statue… Very disappointing for price paid, anything I needed had to ask 20 questions to pull over tongue like all is secret…
