Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe whole place looked old and tired with outside areas dirty such as outside the room which was a shared walkway not a balcony or terrace. There was no tea or coffee in room although there was a kettle outside in the foyer. The location was not very nice looking.
The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. It only 20 mins from free car ferries to the local islands.

UkraineWhy we didn't like the hotel. The room is on the first floor, very dark, next to the door to the corridor for all the other guests. We had to keep the windows closed with curtains all the time, because they were freely visible to all the guests coming in. The door to the corridor banged very loudly when closing. Guests came in at night, the door banged, people talked loudly, our sleep was very restless. The room is not cozy. There are no comfortable bedside tables, no tea making facilities. On the day of arrival, the blankets were not tucked into the duvet covers, there were only two towels. Having chosen a family hotel, we expected more comfort. We fly to Sweden three times a year. Our daughter lives in Sweden. We stayed in very different hotels. This was the worst in terms of comfort. We did not intend to offend you. This is just an honest review. Good luck to you!

United Kingdom1. Hotel refused to refund 2nd night of accommodation after we left after 1 night. 2. Cottage we booked had sewage backing up through toilet and shower - they tried to fix , managed to fix toilet but not shower. 3. Cottage is - 2 bedrooms / living room/ kitchen & bathroom & toilet. They offered an upgrade to a room without the kitchen , air con and large living space and they said we could keep the Cottage. By now the cottage smells of sewage , and our trust and confidence has disappeared. Could you see yourself cooking and relaxing in a space that smelled of sewage and where you had seen sewage backing up in the shower area.?..so we decided to leave after 1 night . We were willing to pay the first night ,but not the second . Not even booking .com could get them to refund. 4. You'll also find the cottages and overall site looking tired , disorganised and in need of investment . 5. My only option now is to talk with my credit card company , raise a dispute to cancel the payment. 6. Good luck if you make a booking - but I'd lower your expectations, its a poor offer in Goteburg.

NetherlandsVery friendly reception, called when front door was already closed in the evening, the host opened the door within 30 seconds. As Booking communicates via email, I did not expect messages (with the door code) to come via SMS. Nicely decorated room, comfortable beds. Staircase and corridors are a bit worn out but, the room and bathroom are perfectly refurbished. Enough (free) parking space.

FranceThe manager wasn't very nice to me and said he couldn't refund me and i said of course you can its up to your discretion - he was very defensive and sent me long message afterwards accusing me of allsorts which was a bit weird when we are only talking 100 euros the tree top location is when you are in the expensive rooms with spa otherwise the hotel is on the road im sure its ok for a party atmosphere and spa experience i was just looking for an overnight stop and a room with a nice window ☺
Never actually got to sleep in the room as i didn't like it - Booked a twin room on booking.com which came through as a mini twin which the hotel then said was on ground floor so great for me as i have bad knee - The room when we were shown to it was very dark and very small and right next to the back entrance and back door with a tiny window like a toilet window - i am a bit claustrophobic and really didn't fancy sleeping in there - i asked for my money back but hotel refused and they offered me to upgrade and pay more but it was already over 100 euros so i said no thankyou - I was rather disappointed because there were over 50 images of the hotel and none of them had a picture of the room i was shown - all the other rooms had lots of light and a nice window -

SwedenI stayed here recently and unfortunately found the rooms to be quite underwhelming. Our first room had a broken mattress, which was uncomfortable, so we requested a change. The second room was an improvement but still had a broken window shade. Additionally, the rooms seem poorly insulated—noise travels easily between them. It was difficult to get a good night's sleep with all the sounds from neighboring rooms, which at times were quite disruptive. Overall, I was hoping for a more comfortable and restful stay. Hopefully, the management can address these issues to improve the guest experience.

DenmarkWe thought that it was a spa. It turned out that only the the adults was able to use it for an extra expense. The children was very disapointed. The hotel was very untidy. Wery disapointed about paying 15k+ for three days and afterwards find out that by booking directly on the hotel webpage we could have get 50%off the stay. Other guests was wery frustrated about that as Well. The Hotel did not live up to the level

Cozy, good service, clean and comfortable big double bed in the ”older” superier room nr.2 where we stayed. definitely recommend this hotel/spa for couples. We will definitely come back.
