Reviews of Stay Inn Söder Cozy apartment

This is a lovely studio flat in an excellent location, with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, and easy for public transport. The flat is tiny but clean and comfortable and well laid-out. It has a sweet balcony overlooking an interior court yard. The pick-up location for keys is easy and convenient and the instructions are clear.

No reply to messages before the stay and nobody answered my phone calls.

It was fine - post box next door to the property building. Easy with codes supplied.

Window opening mechanism was broken - bit of a pain for getting fresh air and couldnt close properly once opened.

Great location with easy access to buses and within walking distance of most everything. Clean apartment with enough space for our family of 4. Simple check in and out.

A coffee maker and frying pan were the only things we wanted and it didn't have, but otherwise everything was great.

The location is great. Near the metro station. The apartment area is great for a small family. It has two child parks nearby, which was great. Many supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

The building entrance was really dirty and smelled really bad. The kitchen didn't have a coffee machine and an electric kettle. The apartment didn't have a fan and the windows were difficult to open. We got hot days, thus the apartment got really hot.

Great location, apartment was very spacious. Bed was comfortable.

No air-conditioning or even a fan made it very hot to sleep at night.

Bed was v small! Pillows not good. Not enough electric points in the kitchen. Had to boil the kettle on the floor by the dining table as the lead didn’t stretch to the socket above the microwave. And a tea towel would be useful.

The neighborhood was incredible and the apartment was very clean and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The apartment is very Scandinavian and functional, which is nice. The building is also quiet and calm. We’ve really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

The bathroom should be updated at least with a glass door in the shower. Also, it would be nice if they had left some tea bags and coffee for the guests.

The apartment is in a great location, it is light-filled and the furnishings are good.

We encountered a surprising number of problems and inconveniences starting with access to and initial settling in. Operational problems Description which says there is a separate bedroom is false. The apt. is one room. We specifically chose it - as three adults - for the promise of a separate bedroom. To make it work, we completely rearranged the furniture. We were sent the wrong code to key nest. Got it corrected fairly quickly. QR code missing for wifi so both sets of instructions provided were useless. They need to describe where to find the name and password on the router itself. We were unable to get any response to our queries about this until the day after we arrived. Bottom / flat sheet for pull out bed is twin bed size, so could not tuck in on sides and bed design does not allow head and foot tucking in Ventilation inspectors showed up at the door. Windows and shades are a nightmare. Cannot keep windows open without slamming shut. Shades don't stay rolled up. Things to be fixed Shower hose leaks Round table unstable legs - not properly put together TV table also unstable Bathroom door handle is loose - needs a second screw, otherwise someone might get locked inside. Handles on oven door are loose Window shade not attached to wall properly and does not retract, need to remove and roll up Things to improve Add’l towel bars in the bathroom so towels can dry between use A table or cabinet in the bathroom A narrow shelf above the bed The lights are extremely harsh! A way to prop the windows partly open - they squeak as they move back and forth with the breezes. Supply dishwasher soap

Very nice place, great location,very clean.

Wifi was not working. We came on Saturday,they fixed wifi on Monday evening.

It was a large apartment and everything that could be needed was thought out. The location was very good. I went to many places without using public transportation. It was very easy to reach the facility's customer service. I was able to reach them instantly when I needed them.

Good location to the hip area of Stockholm

I did not appreciate the black mold in the bathroom. It was VERY smelly and there was mold everywhere on the tile on the ground. It reeked of mildew, and there was no fan in the bathroom. There was a bar for a shower curtain, but there was no shower curtain in the apartment to put up to avoid having everything get soaked in the bathroom. The freezer was a tad dirty as well and stained. There was also no sheet that was large enough to cover the pullout bed so we had to lay out multiple duvet covers to cover the mattress. Additionally, the blow dryer barely functioned (unusable). Since there was no shower curtain, they really should have provided extra towels to sop up the water, or install a fan in the bathroom to combat the humidity. The mold was really unacceptable.

The place was clean and great location.

The shower was broken and the windows were also broken. The cleaning crew arrived early and opened the door without knocking which was very awkward and did not make us feel safe.
