No reply to messages before the stay and nobody answered my phone calls.

This is a lovely studio flat in an excellent location, with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, and easy for public transport. The flat is tiny but clean and comfortable and well laid-out. It has a sweet balcony overlooking an interior court yard. The pick-up location for keys is easy and convenient and the instructions are clear.

A coffee maker and frying pan were the only things we wanted and it didn't have, but otherwise everything was great.

Great location with easy access to buses and within walking distance of most everything. Clean apartment with enough space for our family of 4. Simple check in and out.

The building entrance was really dirty and smelled really bad. The kitchen didn't have a coffee machine and an electric kettle. The apartment didn't have a fan and the windows were difficult to open. We got hot days, thus the apartment got really hot.

The location is great. Near the metro station. The apartment area is great for a small family. It has two child parks nearby, which was great. Many supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

Bed was v small! Pillows not good. Not enough electric points in the kitchen. Had to boil the kettle on the floor by the dining table as the lead didn’t stretch to the socket above the microwave. And a tea towel would be useful.

The bathroom should be updated at least with a glass door in the shower. Also, it would be nice if they had left some tea bags and coffee for the guests.

The neighborhood was incredible and the apartment was very clean and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The apartment is very Scandinavian and functional, which is nice. The building is also quiet and calm. We’ve really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

It was a large apartment and everything that could be needed was thought out. The location was very good. I went to many places without using public transportation. It was very easy to reach the facility's customer service. I was able to reach them instantly when I needed them.

There was only one wine glass. One toilet paper roll for 3 nights for 3 people. A shampoo, shower gel would be great too. Lacked clear instructions on how to dispose the household garbage. We had to text the host, unfortunately we’ve seen the message a bit too late. Supposedly it is somewhere next to the entrance, but the doors are locked.

Great location, clean and good size. The sofa extends into full size bed. The actual master bed in the other room is comfortable. The balcony is spacious and has chairs and a table. Easy check-in process. We loved all of the restaurants, bars, shops and the Systembolaget nearby.

There was only one toilet roll. If you use the decked area, you will leave muddy footprints inside the apartment. The key collection instructions were also confused, necessitating an extra taxi trip for us. I couldn’t get an answer when I tried to call. It was eventually resolved, but the process needs to be better organised to avoid a stress for weary travellers.

It was immaculately clean, warm and cosy in an excellent location with a pleasant view from the decked terrace. The apartment was also very quiet at night. Nice late check out.

The only thing we had issue with is that the apartment number was missing, so we took a couple of minutes to realize which are the right door.

The apartment is clean and comfortable. There’s everything you need. It’s more spacious in person than it looks on photos. The owner we communicated with is kind and helpful.

The location is not in the city centre i.e. Gamla Stan so it's a bit of a commute to get there. The pictures in the booking were confusing as there seemed to be pictures of a couple of apartments there. Few of them matched with the apartment booked but we weren't sure what we were signing up for.

The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. The sofa can be opened to a full bed. It was easy to find the location and the staff gave useful and timelines instructions.
