Breakfast was excellent Got early up, went for a walk had a wonderful sunrise

Cleanliness of the room First impression receptionist was on the phone for a booking and a gentleman in front of me was waiting. Took 10 minutes the phone call. Normally when you have guests in front of you. You are on a phone call, a hotel receptionist should prioritize the guest present, acknowledge the phone call, and politely ask the caller to hold while attending to the immediate needs of the guest. After completing the check-in, the receptionist can then return to the phone call, addressing the caller's needs efficiently. Plus the girl was not so friendly. Compared with the hotels we stayed in Fjällbacke, Kärringon, and others in Sweden they were so nice and helpful. Sauna by the sea was not working. The town and hotel both need some refreshing.

Two hours of spa is included. The spa has three different sauna , a pool, one indoor jacuzzi and one outdoor jacuzzi

We were placed in an another building 100 meters away from the main building and we have to walk to the main building for the spa and the restaurant. The extra building feels less well maintained and also not staffed. The greenhouse is a bit dirty for example. Our room card also stopped working somehow and we had to walk to the reception to re-activate the card

Wifi doesnt work correctly, low signal and low speed

Fantastic place with very good receptionist who wants do the litttle extra for a great stay. spa is very good and the view sis fantastic

1. Nice Spa with hammam & sauna, pool, hot tub etc. 2 free hours per day were included in the room price. These 2 hours need to be scheduled in advance. 2. Nice staff 3. Very nice breakfast that they refill until the end of the service.

1. Breakfast that ends at 9:30am… I’m on vacation and I’m sorry this is WAY TOO EARLY! 2. The room was worn. I don’t think this is a 4-star bedroom. There is no bottles of water, no electric plug next to the bed, There were scratches on the walls. The room was very expensive for what we got. 3. Globally clean however… I found dried soap (I hope that was soap) on the shower wall, blond long hair a little everywhere. 3. Check out is also early… 11am. 4. The room was in the annex which is 120meters away from the « main hotel where the spa is » honestly… it is far with suitcases or in swimsuit… (the gym is in the annex).

Good location.

The annex was a little weard down.

Near the sea and central Smögen.

The beds were not comfortable. You can visit the spa 2 hours a day and you have to book it.
