Hi. Great that you liked our location. We have a lot of different rooms, both with and without windows. Even if you booked a room without windows you can always check with us in the reception if you could have changed/upgraded to a room with a window. Kind Regards, David, Slottsskogens Hostel.

Hi. Thank you so much for the kind words about our staff, that always makes us glad to hear. Sorry to hear about the problems with the door and the handdryer, we replaced that handdryer this week. Hi. Nice that you had such a nice stay with us. The reason most of our rooms have shared bathrooms are because we are a hostel and that's the most common rooms in hostels. Hi. Great that we could cleared it up the first time, It's never a good thing when things gone wrong at the first but we should always try our very best to fix it up as we managed to do the first time. Thank you for your patient that time while we where making it correct. Really sorry to hear that the same thing happend the second time as wasn't fixed that time. We really apologize for that mistake from the hostels side.
