We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomWelcoming staff, clean and comfortable room, using 2 of the 4 beds. You can either stay as a hotel guest, or pay less as a hostel guest, but make your own bed, clean your room and pay extra (SEK 85) for breakfast. Luggage room was very useful.

IsraelIt was such a fall down. It’s not an hotel by any definition. We were sent to sleep in an basement apartment down the street with flooding in the bathroom and crumbs on the sofa. With army beds that fold on you in the middle of the night and no shower products. And let’s not forget the lousy breakfast if one can call it this way!

United KingdomIt was very clean and the shared kitchen was very nice. The breakfast had a nice variety and spread of food. When I come back to Göteborg I would stay here again, I had no complaints. The room was perfect for a short stay and the bathrooms were always clean. comfy beds and thick covers!
