Comfortable room, but needs a refreshing renovation. Replace old glasses in the bathroom. I would like more fruit for breakfast, and labels next to the smoked meats for breakfast (cold or hot smoked). Very thin toilet paper

Good location. There is a supermarket nearby, not far from the center or the water park. Quiet room with good view. Good big bed, but children's beds with bad mattress. Excellent staff. Comfortable hotel lobby. Normal breakfast. Nice children's room.

The receptiom staff was a bit slow and they kept saying my payment was not OK through booking.com , eventually it was then sorted.

i went to family wedding, location the place was close to the venue i had to go.it was clean and tidy. i could have been choose it different place . but its was the right choice for me with destination minutes to walk to where i need to be. overall it is very good place to stay.

The family room is quite small with very little room for luggage of four ppl, and there isnt a lot of hanging space in the bathroom for towels, etc. however you only really sleep there as the rest of the facilities are great and our kids absolutely loved the fold out bunk beds!

Great family hotel, it has a table tennis, gaming console and movie room, as well as a play room for the youngest, They have a small pool maybe 5x8m that you can book for an hour at a time. Our kids had great fun in there, plus an amazing breakfast buffe with hot and cold options, as well as a special kids table with Swedish pancakes! There is a good little gym to for adults if you get the time.

We were unable to use the pool and sauna facilities because they were already fully booked up. You can only book a time slot when you have checked in and because of the school holidays we were too late at 3:30pm when we tried to select times for the day of arrival and of departure.

The hotel was modern, comfortable, clean and the reception team were very welcoming and knowledgeable. The breakfast was a great spread and I enjoyed everything that I tried. My son who chooses a vegan diet also had plenty of options.

Very good breakfast with nice vegan options. A special fridge with cheese, milk, yogurt, and other vegan items. Also, it's possible to request vegan pancakes in the kitchen. For kids, there is small playroom at the lobby.

Location not close to station. Breakfast was not refilled. Staff members took out the things that got finished mid way. There is a booking needed for breakfast but what’s the point. No one checks, everyone comes at different time the Booked and doesn’t leave.

Room cleaning has to apply one day in advance. Coffee during the work week remind me my student time: fresh coffee from yesterday. Breakfast without any fish.

Staff is very friendly and helpful but limited by the policy's from Scandic Hotel group.

Swimming pool was only available on booking and it wasn’t available during our stay!! Bunk beds in room were very small as well as there was a risk to bang your head as there was a shelf just in the middle!! Rooms had poor ventilation and had to open window which being in outside noise. When people walking across room in the hotel lobby you can hear them in your room, so isolation was poor.

Reception, Bar area was good. Staff was friendly and checkin was easy

The lady in charge of front desk was extremely rude and even gave me the perception of racist. The way she a dressed my son and my husband was rude and Arrogant. She has black thick glasses.

The breakfast! Area where the food was was very dark somewhat difficult to read "labels" so one would know what was on the table. No coffee selection. The bacon was not fried, it was "cremated".
