Room was quite small (we stayed at the family room). No fridge in the room. Swimming pool wasn't working.

Room was cold when we arrived, heating was switched off to zero. Luckily we could turn it on by ourselves, and it got warm quite soon. Would be good to have small fridge in the room or at least coffee/tea.

Clean, modern and quite spacious bathroom, comfy beds. Very good breakfest, noticed also good choice of vegetarian/vegan food which was though not relevant to us. Close to highway, but could not hear any noise from it. Good place for one night stay. Convenient checkout time up to 12 o'clock.

We had a very good experiences with all Scandic hotels except this one. I have not felt unwelcoming upon check-in even though arriving early. The surroundings was a messed and no indication or information that the premise is going through a maintenance or something. No information given where you can park your car, where the breakfast is, what facilities they have and what is going on with the premise. We were an hour early, the old lady just sent us off saying not ready, that's it. We missed the hospitality attitude in this hotel. Perhaps it has such a good business til that they expect you not to come here?

Breakfast not taste good.Room is not clean properly .Swimming pool is not safe for kids. The charging Station for the Car is REALLY Really BAD it has stop 36 times( other people complaining as well). Bad Air in the Rooms .!

Peak holiday time, meaning the experienced regular staff were away and replaced by inexperienced youth workers. The situation was chaotic. In addition the restaurant was largely unavailable due to a block booking for a party. This is simply not acceptable when the hotel is busy with overnight guests!

Only improvement would be to add a couple of chargers from an international player and not local so the non Swedish charge cards could work too. There are chargers today, but local ones which requires local apps etc.

Nothing, everything was good. Had to ask for hot water for my own coffee because there was no kettle in the room, but that's not a problem

The room was big, there were other facilities there such as swimming pool, I didn't use. It was comfortable and unlike many hotels I stayed in the last two weeks, it was not hot at 21 Celsius. Also I ordered food with foodora and it was a nightmare. But Wilma on the front desk was amazing as my problem solver and translator, all with a smile and nothing was a chore to her.

A man working in the reception in the late evening of 7th October did not know about the offers on the ice creams and also told us that there is no microwave available before we realised it was right in front of the reception. We had to pay full price for the ice cream too when it said 50%.

It was very comfortable as a family with children. The breakfast was very good with good options. It was really clean and worthy.
