How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

The choice for diner wasn’t very wide, and we wished adults could also benefit from a diner buffet, even if the price would have been little higher compared to kids.
Bedding was very comfy and we loved the bunk beds. breakfast buffet was providing with a lot of choice ans coffee was good. We particularly appreciated the kids playroom thoughtfully located near the restaurant.

The room could have done with another round with the vacuum cleaner. There was also no mini fridge which would have been very useful to have travelling with kids. Apart from that all good!
Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. We also really liked that the hotel was very child-friendly. The kids really enjoyed the different activities.

Cleaning standards could be improved: dust under the bed, crumbs on the rug and stains on the sofa cushions. On the contrast the bathroom was quite clean. But the bath mat was missing.
Garage option is very handy since parking is scarce and expensive in the city center. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

There was no easy way to book parking in advance. We have chosen this hotel because there was parking and it turned out that it was full and we had to search parking place somewhere else. Also there was no kettle and fridge in the room.

Mattresses and pillows a little soft
We loved the quiet, we loved the breakfast, we loved the spacious rooms. We did not have a chance to use the equipments, but would definitely pick this place again if we come back.

I contacted them initially asking them for parking. They answered promptly, however they directed me to book a parking with the hotel, when around the hotel there was plenty of space, more convenient, and afforable. I would had prefered to have a helpful answer when i asked for parking. Something like: the hotel offers parking, but there is also an alternative where you can use public parking, something that certain customers find it more convenient.
Staff was very helpful, despite some intial rough experience.

The fact that they were changing TVs in all the rooms in the middle of my stay. I was warned about the date and time and organized myself accordingly and then they came in a totally different day.

I couldn't find kettle in the room. it means there wasn't coffee or tea as well. Anyway i couldn't get the kettle from reception. And some information was there is swimming pool. but there isn't swimming pool. please don't misunderstand it.
I was staying with my family as 4 members. We couldn't find easily for family room ordinarly. but they suggest the family room even though there is folding beds. i satisfied that room condition. And breakfast, Sauna, jacuzzi were perfect. additionally table tennis and some game were nice as well.

It can get quite noisy with many kids. It’s popular with families and they do that well, but if you want peace and quiet it might not be good for you if it’s a school holiday.
Great location for us. Many restaurants nearby. Nice continental breakfast included. Friendly staff that helped us with special requests.

Closed view.Ordinary breakfast. No cleaning service in the room and no tag to put on the door. Not so welcoming staff and struggled a lot to have a change of date earlier with the reservation.
