The pillows were lumpy & uncomfortable. The bed wasn't very comfortable. There was a lot of slamming of hotel doors which kept me awake on several nights.

The shower in the room was great & the room was clean. The breakfast was good. The location was excellent & staff were kind & helpful.

An excellent choice for the family of five traveling through Malmö. We were warmly welcomed by hotels' staff and all the facilities were fully meeting our needs during our stay. Hotel is centrally located so we managed to do all the sightseeing during our short stay by foot. The prices were also affordable.

The lack of ventilation in the room considering we could open only one small window, the kitchen was a bit dirty (the cabinet were sticky and some of them have a bad smell), the baby chairs were dirty in the morning during the breakfast

The whole hotel is a bit dated. Not much to choose from in the bar. It was the first time we had to book a time for breakfast + room cleaning is also available only after the online booking. The staff weren’t very helpful with a parking advice.

Spatious room, with a small kitchenette. The hotel is very close to the center, just a short walk to get you there. Very nice breakfasts, lot of options and clear info about the alergens. Kids received a small mocktail as a surprise. Bar has a kids’ play area with futsal and table tennis.

Curtains heavy with no nets/light drapes so couldn’t leave curtains pulled back unless you were happy to have the apartments over the road see you. Tv too small for the room

It was all very reasonable. Occasionally a bit of a queue at the bar as staff sometimes covered reception too. But this wouldn’t stop me staying again.

Good value for money, breakfast was a great selection and staff were all very friendly.

The beds are a bit small.

The Hotel has a great service and very friendly Personal. Another quiet cool Thing was to borrow the bicycles for a trip through the City. The location is close to the inner City. In 3 minutes you are at the Shopping mile. The breakfast in the Hotel was amazing with a huge selection. The rooms are comfortable and offer everything you need. It was a great stay. I can recommend this beautiful Hotel for a Trip to Malmö.

Initially we got given a room that didn't feel it had been finalised plus the TV didn't work. We were able to swap rooms and then had a great stay.

The location suited us and we had a car that we parked underneath (additional cost) to do day trips from. Easy access to restaurants, shops, supermarket and playground. The breakfast was great and we enjoyed the kids corner.

There was no coffee or tea provided in the room.

Great buffet breakfast, close to the city center and central train station. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed in term sof facilities.
