It was not possible to make my room completely dark because of the transparent drapes so it was not easy to sleep.

De-caff coffee not available from reception for the room. Restaurant not open on a Sunday, not a great deal of eating options around the hotel, (Although the shopping mall has a good choice which is a 25 minute walk.) Nothing to do with the hotel but be aware that taxi rides from the airport to the hotel can be expensive, a 25 minute journey to the hotel was £107, our Uber trip back to the airport was £25.

The hotel seems a bit outdated, had to use a small elevator that felt kind of old, but worked fine. Would have liked a fold out luggage stand in the room for suitcases. The luggage storage was a bit of a mess and luggage storage is quite important for guests who are traveling later in the day. We had to climb over other guests luggage to get to ours when we were leaving, so some more storage space might be a good idea.

How the hotel staff made the enire weekend really fun for swifties as we probably occupied most of the rooms. Music playing in the lobby and restaurant and the staff was really helpful with transportation.

Clean hotel that's conveniently located close to a train station that takes you to Friends Arena and Stockholm city center fast. Nice common areas and sauna space, and good breakfast.

The hotel restaurant closes a little early (it closes at 10), so if you arrive late there are little options for you if you want to eat in the hotel. Upon check-in I got asked if I wanted my room cleaned after each night, I answered yes, and my room still wasn't cleaned.

The breakfast food was very good, there was a good selection of Swedish breakfast items, and the bread was always warm. The staff was lovely and very helpful. A very welcoming atmosphere for those attending concerts in the area.

No complaints about the hotel except that its located very close to main roads and a service station so if you want enterainment or shops theres a bit of a walk or you need to drive.

The staff were all very good and the food was enjoyable, we used the table tennis. There is a very large shopping centre which is within walking distance if you have no disabilities. There is an area outside where you can sit and have a drink but there is a fair bit of noise from the traffic.

On arrival instructions were not given, but simply said to check the link behind the url. The url was great, but normal instructions on arrival would be appropriate.

Room was excellent for our family. Bunk bed was perfect and hotel services took kids very well into consideration (4 and 5 years old). The breakfast was very good with couple of surprise like berries and iced latte. Booking of jacuzzi was convenient and jacuzzi room was clean and easy to access!

I wish ‘slippers’ were provided to use after shower. It was not available as I asked for it.

The breakfast is great with good variety of options. The hotel has free parking area which is a very positive point as I travelled to Stockholm by car. Property is close to the highway ‘E4’ which makes access to either city center or country side easier.
