Only thing was air conditioning kept resetting but staff handled it superbly!

Great location , great breakfast , but the ultimate highlight was the staff. There was nothing they would not do to make your stay a comfortable one . Special recognition to Leah ( hope I spelled your name correctly) , her attitude was exceptional!!

Pillows were a bit soft & the TV didn’t work. I also didn’t like the fact that the sauna, pool & gym were not free to use.

The breakfast was very good, and the location, very convenient.

Location brilliant Staff friendly and helpful Bar staff fab..... so skilled, brilliant conversation.... very helpful i reordered champagne as we were celebrating and they were so helpful Room great Bed very comfortable

Staff wasn’t up to par in customer service with the facilities. And also, the spa should be more affordable for guests. Not worth the extra for what it is. Also, parking is ridiculously expensive through them. I was quoted over 1000sek for 48hrs. Found other parking solutions and saved more than 60% of that

1/ If you’ve booked parking it’s in a building about 50m to the rear of the hotel up several flights of steep stone steps - not an internal hotel lift. So…. If you’ve got loads of heavy luggage unload it into the reception lobby before you park the car. 2/ reception staff didn’t suggest this. 3/ you are given a Sat Nav link to find the car park entrance. It’s round several twisty streets. In my case the Sat nav link failed to navigate me there because it thought I’d already arrived when I was parked outside the hotel. 4/ one of the bathrobes had dried in food debris down it and hadn’t been laundered properly. A replacement did not arrive. Despite these comments we were in fact very happy at the hotel.

Excellent city centre hotel well placed for most things. Top floor bar and restaurant with great sunset views over the river and famous dockyard cranes and attentive staff. Good fitness centre. Our room great value for money - admittedly it overlooked the light well but we knew this. Excellent breakfast

The only small downside for us was it seemed a bit unnecessary to charge a premium for using the gym / fitness room. This type of service is typically complimentary for hotel guests.

Wonderful stay at the Riverton. All staff were so helpful and welcoming. We especially loved the experience of the Sky bar, great cocktails and setting. The breakfast spread was amazing and was managed so well by the staff, especially given how busy it could get at peak times. Great value for money too.

Fantastic location right on the waterfront, amazing view from the floor to ceiling window of the harbour. The softest pillows in the world. Breakfast was brilliant with lots of choice.

Small room and my view was as the back facing old buildings. Even though I loved the bathroom, it is small.

Great location within walking distance of all attractions and amenities. Comfortable room if a little small. Stocked mini bar. Slippers and dressing gown. Big TV and lovely rituals toiletries. Better than normal shower. Blinds to shut out light and plenty plug points. Coffee making facilities. Very quiet and slept well. The room was cleaned on a daily basis. Over the road from tram No. 11 to take you to Saltholmen where the ferries leave for the islands. Rooftop restaurant with great views especially sunset.

Very nice location, walking distance to the city center, the trams and ferries. Nice room with excellent view, superb breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although the hotel is a bit outdated this did not disturb our stay. Highly recommend!

Entrance at bottom of steps could be made to look a bit better.

For a city hotel this was one of the best that we've stayed in. Great location overlooking the river, beside tram stop, ferry terminal and just a short walk to city centre. Couldn't fault our room and breakfast was really good in a fabulous breakfast room. Intended to return next year.

No view from window, but I was warned about it. Breakfast was disappointing with many food trays nearly empty, and what was left was cold. Bread was stale. Seems like they had planned poorly for the number of guests eating at the same time. Parking was excessively expensive.

Parking was expensive and was a bit of a hassle to arrange.
