I had booked a lake view upgrade, but the room wasn’t available when I arrived. Thankfully, the staff handled it right away and found a great solution—special thanks to Gigi for the wonderful help!

Right next to the central station, so super easy to get to from the airport by train. The restaurant and bar are really good, and the breakfast has a wide selection. Comfy beds, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

It’s amazing, how everyone is nice, especially the reception employees. Our room was big, clean and comfortable especially the bed. It’s my second time I come and I love it, bc of as a 20 year old student I feel safe in this hotel, especially when I saw there was a guard outside. Overall amazing.

Rooms are very warm, despite having the slight cooling fan on. It’s not air con. We woke in the night being too warm on both nights we stayed and after using a hairdryer it’s just very warm.

The view, the room facilities, the bar area - everything was very very good!

The reception staff were absolutely lovely, so helpful and polite. Billie at the left luggage area was great, gave me lots of advice on catching the hop-on-off bus. Great room with views across the city. Loved the Nespresso coffee maker in the room. Easy access to the Central Station and walking distance from Gamla Stan.

In major contrast to the room, the bathroom was functional, but rather sad looking, not befitting of a Radisson Blu positioning - similarly to the corridor (hence it was a relief when I entered the room and found it to be nicely fitted out)

If one is to take train in or out of Stockholm, this hotel is perfect location-wise, as it is just next to the station. I have got a room with fantastic view of the city & the waterfront, but most importantly the room furnishing is chic and modern. The bed & sofa are comfortable and the working table is well put facing the gorgeous view. Finally, the staff is very friendly. Special mention to the gentleman of Asian heritage (sorry couldn’t catch his name) that checked me in, as well as Jesper who handled my check-out, were very welcoming and jovial. Thank you.

Quite a distance from the attractions, though accessible by public transport easily.

Very good location next to the stockholm central station. Room is spacious with large comfortable bed and many pillows. There is also good storage shelves to organise things if need to. Hotel also has very good buffet breakfast in a nice ambient setting. Breakfast starts early so its very good for people on business or those who wants to start the day early.

Not a lot of storage facilities for unpacked clothes in the room, but the room was big enough to work around that.

Hotel staff were great at check-in. Gave us a room with a nice view. It was also spacious and comfortable. The location is great. A short walk to Central Station and the Arlanda Express. Also great for T-Centralen trams to the museum district and subways to Södermalm. You can walk to Gamla Stan either down past Central Station or via T-Centralen and Drottninggatan. The Radisson Blu Royal Viking is very near, (both hotels are adjacent to Central Station) which was confusing on arrival. Although the area is urban and not pretty, the convenience of nearby facilities and easy access to all areas of the city makes it very worthwhile.
