Parking, because it was in the centre of the town parking on street was limited and we were told the hotel car park was full although there was space to put in 2 motorcycles but the receptionist was totally unhelpful on this matter. Luckily there was a secure parking building across the road, but we did encounter some problems with the machine not working. We used another machine and after an hour finally managed to get a ticket, thanks to a kind lady who was also experiencing the same problem. Parking in the hotel parking was very expensive, the secure parking across the road was cheaper.

I felt it was a bit cold sometimes because the heater is next to the window. After you close the curtains, it feels that the heat is blocked too. The window cannot be closed very well.

Great location - very convininent location - close to everywhere (bus station, restaurants, grocery stores...) Nice breakfast - so many options (also a lot of lactose-free products - perfect for me!) Friendly staff - I could drop by my luggage earlier than the allowed check-in time. Super convenient!

The art in Room 810 was questionable, as it transmitted an uncomfortable feeling. Perhaps that was the intended effect, but it is challenging to sleep well after seeing it. It would be better to display the art in the hallway.

The personal working at the hotel were amazing, they were very kind and helpful! We were so thankful for having our dogs accepted at the hotel too.

I got a double on floor 9 but booked a twin, and was sent to another room which was also double on floor 4. Not as nice floor. Then eventually got a twin on floor 6. No fridge no kettle

I booked 2 singles and got a double bed, not good when it a farther as soon of 15 years old. I didn't like the clothes sale that was conducted in the main lobby area on the weekend I visited, the reason for this is because we couldn't use the bar facilities without people looking through boxes. (Mad house)

Reception staff ( Gina , Mo ) are amazing , helping , checking how are you doing with a big smile , gave info about everything you want to find in the hotel or the city . The requested room was arranged , breakfast is very good , enough food for everyone, head chief and staff are chilled and happy and helping everyone. The hotel location is perfect , few mins walking from the central station, city centre , bars and cafes .

Shower water flooded over most of the bathroom floor and the rubber blade provided for drying surfaces after a shower didn’t work. Instructions for using the TV would be helpful.

The elevators were very confused, you wanted to go down to lobby but the elevator has other ideas, went up to pic up someone who was calling for it. It seems like even if you want to go down, it will wonder upstairs. Very annoying.

The location was perfect, rigth on the walking area of town and close to parks. We enjoyed the newly refurbished rooms and the beatiful down town.
