Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Really comfortable, good sized room with everything you could need. Lovely, helpful staff, and a fabulous breakfast! Quite a way from the city centre, but the public transportation is good (and cheap!), and of course no problem if you have a car.

The hotel truly exceeded all of our expectations! It’s really hard to choose where to start, but perhaps the best thing was breakfast buffet. The food was so fresh and so high quality we couldn’t believe how good it was! There were many options, they even had vegan and gluten free goods. Next thing we were impressed by were the beds. They were so soft and comfy, perfect for relaciji after a long day of walking around Stockholm🥰 Also the staff was so nice and responsive, they spoke English perfectly and helped us a lot with leaving our luggage at the hotel after the checkout so that we could explore Stockholm stress free and come pick up our luggage before our flight. Speaking of checkout, it was at noon which was perfect since we had enough time to eat breakfast and slowly pack our bags. This hotel made our trip so comfortable, and lovely, we will for sure be coming back!

United StatesWe needed to take an uber rather than transit as my sister in law had an ankle injury so it was very expensive to head into the city from its location.
It was located close to transit and the mall. It was very clean, the room was quite comfortable for us as a family, and the food was wonderful.

Hotel was very clean, comfortable and well designed. Bed was amazing, room was spacious and well equipped. People working here are just so nice and helpful, thank you for that! And food was amazing, as a vegetarian I was eating different things every day at breakfast and all was super tasty. I saw also gluten and lactose free options, as well as vegan! Really nice place at affordable price!

HungaryEven though the hotel is not far from the city center, travelling by public transportation is a bit complicated, because of the renovation works at Slussen station. After the renovation is finished, this hotel could be the best choice to visit Stockholm as it already provides great service.
Excellent breakfast with wide variety, my favourites were the high-quality orange juice, the pancakes, salmon and meatballs. The rooms have really comfortable beds, I liked that we had more pillows to choose from. Shower was spacious with floor heating. Shampoo, conditioner and body lotion were also great. We also had a nice view of the city from the 7th floor.

Hong Kongthe room windows are quite small. it did not bother us because we checked in late and left in the morning. but if you plan to spend the day at the hotel this could be an important factor to consider.
We believe alot of the services offered by the hotel were excellent. However the breakfast buffet by far stands out (maybe we were not expecting so many options)
