Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

HungaryI found the price to be a bit too high, BUT I booked last minute (4 days before my actual trip). I found the beds to be too soft and thus not so comfortable for me (I prefer much harder mattresses). The quality of the room was a bit disappointing, but on the other hand the cleanliness and hygiene was overall alright.
The breakfast was waaay beyond my expectations, it was truly great and delicious! The staff was really helpful and kind both through chat and in person! The location of the hotel is also great, the area is fairly quiet.

RomaniaFirst of all, both rooms and hallways need an urgent refurbishment / repainting. They look like in a 1-star hotel. Spiders in the room, meaning it hasn't been cleaned too thoroughly. No / Very poor steam evacuation in the bathroom. Bed mattress way too soft for sleeping correctly and keeping your back without any pains. Breakfast tables not enough around 9 am, when most customers have breakfast, so avoid that time period - the earlier, the better.
The hotel is located very close to the city centre and the railway/bus station in Malmö. Frontdesk personnel was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was impecable, with lots of options and variety.
